Dear Head- Service quality

I am Abhishek Srivastava carrying a ICICI Super Pension Plan number 05273175.On August Second week i got a call from Customer care that the NAV of my policy is very low and if i will pay 2 or 4 month payment together then it will be maitained. As per the call a executive was also been send to me named Sandeep who has taken the cash from me and given me the depost slip which is attached with this mail. The customer care also said that the ECS for 2 month will not be taken from me as i hav given the money in cash to the ICICI prudential executive. As I have given the cash to the executive then why I have again got the message from ICICIPrudential to maintain my ICICI bank account so that the 1000 rs as ECS will be debit on 10 September.Regarding this issue i hav talked to the Customer care today and registerd my complain(12592948) but he was saying that no such amount is displaying into his screen that 2200 has been recived by cash.

Now my question is then were is my 2200 amount gone when u hav send yrs executive to me to collect the cash from me. Logically I would like to know from you people that any bank really starts sending his executive to collect the cash after that it says that the amount is not displaying in his system???

Or it just a harassment tactic to earn more money or it is a strategy taken by ICICIPrudential to earn lost money from loyal customers??? I really request to you look into matter. Cancellation of my policy will be right step for me if these situations remain same. Looking for your prompt reply on same.
