I have Two polices of LIC and for pay the premium every time I go to Nadiad branch (Near – PARAS Theater) when it is due. I faced some problems every time and till it is not resolve for me; also I came to your Naiad branch on Saturday morning (Dated 12.05.2012) and facing some regular harassment.
1. Every time for paying a premium for policy which I taken from Viramgam Branch, it is not done in a single attempt because of no Network connection. After waiting in raw for half an hour when there is not payable of the premium because of no network it is very desirable and for the paying premium I am attend regular for two or three days then it was correctly done. So sir please takes up the matter from which service you got the internet service because for that your valuable customers is suffered only for that reason and your ground staff is refuge from their responsibility after giving answer that “Network not available”. Also this problem I was faced on Saturday 12.05.2012 recently now.
2. From last two or three times at the time of paying the premium I have not received acknowledgement letter .When I was complained about this on 12.05.2012 to the PS department head at Nadiad branch (PARAS) they are unanswerable (Give irresponsible answer) about this, So kindly give me your gentle instruction where I should go?, to resolve this my problem.
3. I have received letter from LIC to fill up the form for direct fund transfer to my bank account. So I went to Nadiad Paras branch(PS Department) on Saturday 12.05.2012, to submit this form after filled up (Mr.Tadvi – The form receiver),after waiting for one hour they told me that it is not receivable by this office ! ( sir give me information where I go for submit this form?). After that I was gone to the PS dept. Head and they received that form and give me instruction to come after two or three days for inquiry.
I hope for your better co- operation to resolve above problems and positive response.

Udder money back scheme
Sir i have taken apolicy no 290633229 from c a b br jubilee chowk gorakhpu up i have to get rs 5000 in feb2012
policy date is 28-02-97 and hence return should be on or before 28-02-2012 i have requested br manager to enquire above but he gave no response .
There fore pl you are requested to ask the br manager why he is not taking interest to dispose above problem
i am in need of money.

LICI deducted premium twice for the same period of due
with due honour I am to inform you that I paid LICI premium against my policy no. 418494659 (service Branch:418) for the period due on 02/3/2012 . Next premium due was on 06/2012.On 01/6/2012 while I wanted to deposit the premium as usual the counter clerk of the Sales Training Centre of LICI,Keota Lat Bagan, Sahaganj, Hooghly deducted the premium with late fee for the period on 03/2012 . While I told him that I already paid the premium for the period 03/2012 on 2/3/2012 he casually told me to meet Mr. Subhas. I want reconciliation of the error made by the LICI and fresh premium receipt against the period due from 06/2012.

sir i have taken this policy for my future medical injury. they assurd me they will help us by this policy in future if their is any medical related problem.
but sir in november 2011 i suffered from heart attack. i was admitted in the MEDANTA THE MEDICITY GURGAON. my patient id MM00177489. then i was cured by angiography and by angioplasty. then after discharge i sent my medical paper to the LIC office for monetary help. but they refused for any help. No one is helping us in the LIC office.
please sir help us. if they will not help us. then whats the benefit of LIC health plus policy. and we are paying every installment on due time.

complain for death claim settlement
My father had a policy with ara, (bihar) branch bearing policy no. 511487138. my father expired on 26/08/2008. i have furnished all necessary documents to branch and after more than two (2) years i received a annuity option form (REF: IPP/528/REMINDER OPTION LETTER/122/511487138) which also had been sent back via speed post on 25/08/2011. in which i have opted Annuity for life with return of purchase price on death. but i have not received any cheque or letter regarding claim settlement.please help

My father had a policy with gajuwaka (viskhapatnam ap) branch bearing policy no. 692487730.692404433.692520419.692744088.692745895. 692746572. my father expired on 21/06/2008. i have furnished all necessary documents to branch and after more than (3) years) still not settlement.please help me

It was salary deducting scheme and he died on april 19 2012. When i gone to enquire about that policies they asked the demand draft details and i gave those from his last working office central bank of india from goa branch. When they had that detail they haven't look about that work regarding those policies. The officer who was in salary saving department dont know the manners to with the constumers and intentionally make us to wait and his name is venkatesh. So I kindly request you to take serious action against them..

I have requested one of the LIC agent Mr Anil Kumar mobile no 9540610329 to visit at my place and explain me the good policy for my family and my wife has given him Rs 10000 approx for her and her sister's policy and now it is almost 2 months ago the LIC agent is not answering the call , i have his address also because he is my cousin......
Please suggest what can i do for same as he has not provided any receipt to us and due to trust we havent asked for it.

Dated:03/07/2012Dear, This is for kind information that I havesurrender my children policy since 15 days before that’s 19/6/2012 and the policy No are: 864445512 and 864442491,itis found that the money is still not transferred in my account till said datebecause it was said from your office that NFFT person is on leave. Sir if he ison leave there should be another person on his part to do work so that customershould not face any problem but its seems that there is nobody to care and whenthat person is back his answer is that he is with over load of work which isnot our problem and its seems that is giving me another 7 to 10 day more whichis not possible. Sir please try to understand that I need to pay my childrenschool admission fees if I don’t pay it on time they will remove my childrenout from school and if this happen I will move this matter to high level thatis consumer red cell. regarding misconduct and misguide behave
This is to inform you ,that i am a policy holder from your gumti no-5 branch policy no-234713574.Policy holder name-Deepesh Mishra.
I want to inform you that i have visited over there from last three days for the revival of existing policy but due to misguide and misconduct behave has been done from one of your most senior officer -Rashmi Trivedi,i have waisted my precious time due to his bad behave and also given me challange that you can complain for the same to sr-Branch Manager no body can do something for her.
i have already intimate to your sr-branch manager but he has not taken any corrective decision for this behave how she can do this it is her moral responcibility to give the right information to coostomer rather than to misguide and misconduct behave with the coustomer.
its my advice to you to take the corrective action against her to avoide any further complains to other concern departments.

Sub: Misbehavior and Irresponsibility by your executives.
In year 2010 ,I applied for housing loan. I was told by your executives that to have the loan from LIC, you must by a policy . I was in hurry so I could not check If this is actually the requirement for taking LOan. Any ways.. So this is how I was the given the policy # 957581620 . I bought the policy in 2010 and I got the papers/Hard copies in June 2012 (apprx 2 years) . the reason behind this small delay is, whenever I tried to reach your executive, either he was not available or was not carrying the copy. He told me how to check the premiums online and take the statement from there. So I started using online facility. Last month , due to personal reasons , I closed my HDFC bank account which I was using for ECS payment. I submitted the request for ECS update for both housing as well as policy . Housing loan dept updated the information and its smooth , but the Lazy LIC insurance dept , they did not update and ECS was bounced. I had to pay the extra charges for last month because of LIc's mistake. Now , its been a month and still the information is not updated. instead of getting confirmation from LIC, I called them to check If this is done this time. and the executive shown the very RUDE behavior and said that let it bounce this time as well and then come here again and pay it manually with the extra charges. My CIBIL ratings are being hit by this and also Bank account has gone in negative balance. They are not allowing to close it because its in negative because of Stupid ECS bounce reason and that too of not my mistake. And this is all happening because I was given the false information first(To buy the policy to have hoam loan) and now they all talking rude and
not updating the information. Please note that I will not pay any extra charges this time because I am not responsible for whatever happening this time.
If I did not get any resolution here, I will go to higher level .
Awaiting positive response.

Most humbly I beg to say that I have not get my money after matured LIC policy, I have
Spent one months but not take any action from gumla branch of LIC and any another LIC members. My
Policy number is 550514723. My Mature date is 28-07-2012. Policy holder name is Sumeet Kishore.
If my problem is not solved within a week by LIC of India then at last I should take legally action on court. So kindly request to give my whole money with interest.
