I had invested in a policy with Max New York,policy No.740560289 in the year 2009,premium Rs.25000/annum.
As per details provided by advisor policy having 3 years lockin period,after that i can get atleast premium paid amount or more according to the market value,without any surrender charges.
With above condition i agree to take policy from them thinking that it will give good return after 3 years,

but today afet 3 years,they say that your fund value is around 59907.62 only and if i withdraw the same i have to pay surrender charges of 20% means around 15000 rs.

After detail study i found that all my premium part has been feed to company and advisor,they have given me wrong information during purchase of policy,its a real case of fraud,i want to take legal action against at any cost.

I had invested in a policy with Max New York,policy No.730870797 in the year 2009,premium Rs.12000 /annum.
As per details provided by advisor policy having 3 years lockin period,after that i can get atleast premium paid amount or more according to the market value,without any surrender charges.
With above condition i agree to take policy from them thinking that it will give good return after 3 years,

but today afet 3 years,they say that your fund value is around 19000 only and if i withdraw the same i have to pay surrender charges of 60% means around 12063 rs.

After detail study i found that all my premium part has been feed to company and advisor,they have given me wrong information during purchase of policy,its a real case of fraud,i want to take legal action against at any cost

but today after 5 years,they say that your fund value is around 52000 only and if i withdraw the same i have to pay surrender charges of 25% means around 39000 rs.

I have surrendered my Max Newyork policy (#440516300) on 14/7/2012 to the Chennai, Anna Nagar branch representative. I have the surrender slip provided by them. I was told that the amount will get credited to my account within 12 working days.



After 12 working days when i enquired about the status, i was told that the surrender request is declined because of so and so reason which is the fault of the representative and i am not accountable for the same. In addition no one from the branch is picking my calls.



I have surrendered the policy for some personal reason, as i am in need of urgent money. Right now i only have the cancellation slip as i have already surrendered my policy document.

What can be done for this

I had invested in a policy with Max New York,policy No.497497818, Before 4 years with premium Rs.10000 /annum.

Initially i have payed the premium for 2years Rs20000/ After 2years not payed due to my personal reason. As per details provided by advisor policy having 3 years lockin period,after that i can get the premium paid amount.( specifically told adviser do not put market relevant policy).

Recent days customer care execute called me asking for the 2 years premium (Rs 20000), I have told them the policy to be surrendered then customer care executive told me that the policy is in inactive mode,
please pay for 2 premium Rs 20000/ then policy will be active mode you can surrender the policy & take the amount.

I have payed the premium Rs20,000/, I am trying to surrender the policy they are coming with new requirements if you surrender we will deduct 35% of Premium amount +13%Tax.

Then i will loose 50% of Permium....

This is real fraud by NEW MAX POLICY...

They have given me wrong information during purchase of policy & Paying the premium.....
its a real case of fraud want to take legal action against at any cost.

I have taken three Policies with your Company, the policy numbers are 62438865, 624471959 and 623637873. Regarding my policies I have requested to customer services and I have received a mail from your side on 12th Dec. 2012 (Ticket No. 10138451 & mail id is -service.helpdesk@maxlifeinsurance.com). In this mail a suggestion or offer has been done to me from your side that I transfer my full fund value to some other guaranteed monthly income plan. After this mail many calls have been come and many types of offered have done to me from your side. Regarding these calls and mail I have complained on 24th Dec. 2012 with ticket no. 10217936, 10217623 and 10217777 and against my complained I have received your clarification letters. As per your clarification you denied that this type of mail and calls is not done from your side. I can’t understand that the mail id service.helpdesk@maxlifeinsurance.com Is your customer service mail id then how can you denied that the mail is not done by the Max Life Insurance. I request to you please clarify the issue and resolve my complain because this is a very serious Issue to me and your company also. As per your clarification letters this is showing that your company is very irresponsible and some people are making something wrong in this company. Please clarify my issue ASAP within a week otherwise I will take legal action against you and your company.

I have surrendered my Max New york policy (#442817003) on 27/2/2013 to the pinjore Chandigarh branch. where co. representative told me that you will get your surrender policy amount within 15-20 days. They withdrew two premiums amounting to Rs. 78014.99.Your services is very slow Why tell me.

I want to register a complaint against Max life insurance for hiding information and cheating.
and even after so many reminders no one turned back to me. now when I went to surrender my policy I came to know that many deductions and hidden charges applied.
this is fraud. need to take immediate action on this.
