PN 856391347, Max New York Life, Cash not refund Dear Consumer Court,
Last 30 Days I am following to Max New York Life for refund my policy amount that I don’t want to continue my policy because my financial condition is not good , Many time Max team member have spoken to me and have given the assurance on Phone and mail but no solution till now. I spoke to Amit and one more guy regarding this that I don’t know Satendra he is not my family member I don’t know who drop the Policy packet on my door if you have the receipt of my signature before 16 December, Kindly let me know. He replied that ok we are working on it and will provide a resolution , after few days again he is on same line that " we express our inability to cancel/surrender the policy and refund the total premium paid by you." and remove that part in which he promised to provide me the resolution regarding this matter.
I am feeling cheated by them. They have simply taken my money.

its customers, a 15 day free look period - within which the policy could be
returned by the customer.
To this effect, we express our inability to cancel the policy and refund
the total premium paid by you, as the ‘Free look period’ has lapsed.
