Respected Sir / Madam,

I have taken LIC policy of New Bima Gold (policy no: 714691631) on 18th Jan 2007. As per policy LIC of India will be provide 10% of Sum Assured ie, Rs.50,000 amounts via SB cheque to me on Jan 2011. I and my family members didn’t receive any cheque from LIC of India. I heard from LIC officer over the phone, the cheque has been en-cashed already. But till now I didn’t receive any cheque from LIC of India. Could you please clarify without my knowledge how can somebody en-cashed my amount ?
