I mr Pravin Khandelwal applied for online policy of aviva on dated 27 july 2011, submitted all document to company but the have not issued policy. i have asked for refund amount till date i have not received amt.
company CRO said the they have refunded my amount on 21.10.2011. as per my bank statement on that date there is no such entry of credit on date. i have attaching my bank statement and Branch Manager latter.
