myself surya prakesh gupta .I was invested 25000 Rs in bajaj alliance insourance in 1/10/2008 single primum.I have not recieve in paper bond so i will consurt the branch manager of bajaj alliance life insourance [DMC channel allahabad]after 3 month . i was shock my money invested in ragular plan and i was filled this form it will be changed .Plan,photo,signature and addressproof are not mine.branch manager will be fill new form in my according required .After 3 year ago company will be return 15,499 Rs.this is totaly froud in company.i m file compliant against will branch manager shisir srivastava[allahabad] and agent [irshad amhad allahabad] and help him return on my actual amount with intrest.
