Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken an LIC Pension Plus Policy and I started paying through EMI.
There was a problem on LIC IT network and they did not deduct the money for March '11.
Later I registed a complaint through my Agent as I was out of country and followed up several times.
Though I am ready to pay the Premium for the left out months there are no updates or progress from LIC end for LAST 9 MONTHS.

I have shared them enough proof to show that I had enough amount in my bank account and I never told them that I am "Surrendering" it.
