I called Bajaj Capital on Thursday(12th Jan) and told I wanted to invest in L&T infra bonds. I clearly mentioned I want the investment proof receipt by 17th Jan. In a care free attitude the lady mentioned that you will get the investment acknowledgment by then and will send someone to collect the documents. The person named Deepak arrived around 11 am on 13th Jan. I submitted all the documents and was reassured of investment acknowledgment reciept by 17th . On 17th from morning to night 9 o'clock, I had atleast 20 calls made to him and each time he asked for another half an hour/one hour of time. You might have got how irritating it might have been.

Finally, he failed to provide the details and assured that he will do it next day by 10 am. But the same thing repeated from 10-10:30, 10:30-11,11-12:30,2:30,3,4 and the proof I havent recieved yet. I can no more show the investment details and will have to claim it while filling the IT returns but this has been one of the most irresponsible attitude by Bajaj Capital people.
