Two years ago one insurance agent Mr. Ishfaq Ahmed Mir of Reliance Life Insurance assigned me with a policy of rs. 1,00,000/- on which he, said I will get an advance sum of Rs. 10,000/- and a gold coin of 2 grams, as I have been selected for this scheme because of the prior policy my mother had invested in. He said it was a one time investment, I agreed and registered to it and paid the sum by cheque. I didn't get the policy bond in 15 days of after i paid the sum and filled the form for the policy, I had mentioned that i am a student.After that day I used to call him everyday for handing over the policy bond, he used to procrastinate. At last I got the bond after two months and it was totally different from what he had promised. The investment was supposed to be for three years but on the bond I got it was stated that the sum is invested for regular investment plan, I didn't even get the promised advance sum of money, neither the gold coin and on top of that he had changed my profession from being a student to a boutique owner (I didn't know about this change in the form).
Sir/Ma'am, I am a bachelors student in Kashmir, I had thought the sum assured could be used for my masters degree, I belong to a lower middle class family and we are not able to bear this loss, please help me with this as my future depends on this money.
