    Angry 420 and harashment done by ICICI prudential

    Dear Sir/Madam,


    Complainant : Rajeev Bhola

    Address : 120 Indra Vihar, Near B.B.M Depot

    Policy No : 15975816
    Company : ICICI Prudential
    Agent Name : Nikhil Rathore ( 0003421 )

    Nature of Complaint : Unfair Business Pratices / Malpractices


    After when i purchase my policy no "15975816" from following person with full detail

    after few days he offers me just before 1 or 2 days before "RAM NAVMI" he said, sir our company is offering an offer to you which is " If you introduce one more policy to our company then our company will give and extra cash bonus to you which will be around Rs. 35650 and this amount will transfer to your account after one week as the cheque you paid for new policy get cleared."

    Then i applied for new policy for my wife "Sonia Bhola" and when that cheque was got cleared then i call "Nikhil Rathor" then he said "Sir it will take one more month, because of closing time" then i reached him again after a month then he said "Sir you will receive a SMS from our company which will be having some Docket number, so when you receive please inform me then payment will be made" but i did't received any SMS, then i call him again then he said "Sir now you will receive a call from our company on 6 Dec, he promises this is now 100% sure you will get a call and the bonus as well, but i did not received any call on that particular day. Then i follow him again, then i received an call from your office "Videocon Tower" and that person have given me "KUR240VR" docket number on date 9/12/2011".

    Now i just want confirm you that, the bonus he is talking about is valid and offered by your company or not.

    If it is true then why it is getting delayed.
    If not then 100% i am going to file a FRAUD CASE against your company and going contact CONSUMER COURT and IRDA


    Now the issue no 2
    my premium for the month of November was bounced because of ECS mandate got cancel because of account number miss matched.

    See that form for ECS was not filled by me, whereas it was filled by one of the any staff in your company, but any how after one day when i received SMS that "My ECS mandate got cancelled" then i received that the payment is received and also i got an mail from your company with an receipt which i have attached with this mail. but from since the continuously i am getting SMS/Mails about that bounce ECS, where as "Nikhil Rathor" always ignore me naver response on time, when ever i call he said "Sir I am busy in meeting will call you within 2 minutes " but after making my continuously calls to him i was able to talk to him, then finally he said me sir there is not a issue if the amount is detected from your account and you have receipt then ignore the MAILS/SMS, but one day i got a SMS and MAIL about lapse of policy then i call him again then he said "This might be an mistake will rectify and i will revert back to you.But now on today 23 Dec i received an letter from your company that my policy is lapsed.

    Now the issue no 3

    for the policy of my wife the name of my wife was filled incorrect by one of the executive and correction is still not made and still i have not received any documents for that policy too.


    ISSUE no 4:

    still after 3 months i have not received full documents for BOTH policies

    Now They are saying that, we have made wrong commitment with you, so because this bonus scheme is not provided by our company so we will not give you and bonus and also we will not cancel your policy.
