    Default Fraud by Kotak

    Hi,


    I had purchased Life insurance policy from Kotak Life Insurance a few years back, I paid their three years installments but on third installment Kotat's executive came to my office to get my sign on one paper, I asked him about that paper/document and he told me that it is must for me to sign on that doc.


    After a year I found fund from my bank account was stolen by Kotak when I complained to them they replied that I have signed on ECS and that's why they grab money directly from my bank account, I actually had no idea about ECS and I explained about the entire story and how his executive did fraud to me to earn some money but Kotak is not listening me and not willing to solve this issue created by Kotak.


    Please let me know what can be done on this.

    Fraud Kotak,

    You fraud kotak have already replied me on your final update, you fraud kotak clearly refused to solve on your betrayal, because you kotak and kotak's management are fraud and corrupt, and that's why I need to come to consumer court else you are clearly ignoring to your/ kotak's investors since you people want to loot your investors and want to make money by any means, since Kotak Life Insurance, Kotak is all about fraud.

    - Why you Fraud Kotak(Kotak Life Insurance) need to re-investigate in the same matter when you Fraud Kotak had already refused on to solve in the fraud done by you "Fraud Kotak" and Kotak's fraud employees?

    - If you(Fraud Kotak, and Fraud Kotak Life Insurance) had really investigated then after I contacted to IRDA why you fraud Kotak needed to investigate???

    So since 13th Jan. 2012, I have been cooperating with you but there is refusal one after another you do not listen to us, you never considered the PROOFS I submitted to you.

    One of your Kotak Official, Kalparupa demanded for proofs and when I provided her solid-proofs then she never considered and then after she never spoke anything on proofs.

    Your official Kalparupa Datta, asked us to go to Court!! is this what we have to do once we invest into Kotak, Kotak Life-insurance?

    Invest money into Kotak and then to get it back go to Court!! are you people serous about what you have been asking us to do?

    Before asking to go to Court, Kotak Official, Kalparupa Datta, NEVER explained that why she is refusing to solve the case of fraud done to us,

    We are three person(Including one senior citizen), with all of us fraud done using same pattern by kotak, Kotak's staff.

    Do you have any answer now? or could you explain me why it is not possible to solve this case of fraud?

    There is one case with one of us, which runs in "Several-Lakhs".

    One of your top-most official threatened me to submit FIR against me, are we criminals? are we terrorists?

    To get our Sweat-Money back is this the final way you would like us to go to Court?

    Explain if you can?

    There are lots of proofs for the same and I already have provided you with the same, you never considered on them, I had been updated by Kotak's employee but then suddenly it changed to 20yrs of terms, and also kotak's employee did fraud by activating ECS form his self.

    Dear Mr. ****,

    We have evaluated your mails in detail and have not found any reason to believe that you have been a victim of forgery of any kind during your association or interaction with KLIFE.

    We have time and again provided you reasons for not finding merit in your complaint and we are reiterating the same for you again.

    All proposal forms, documents and ECS forms were signed by you and there is no tampering in the same. You have taken the policy after being explained the features in details by the Life Advisor. We have also investigated the same with him and have a registered affidavit from him confirming that all details of the policy was duly explained to you and you had no problem with the same.

    You have been closely involved and monitoring your KLIFE policy over the last 4 years and your sudden allegations after 4 years that you were not aware of the policy being taken by you gives us reason to believe your wrong intent in harassing KLIFE and maligning the image of the company through wrong means.

    We had also advised you to approach the Ombudsmen office which not only is an independent but cheap and hassle free grievance resolution mechanism laid down by the Insurance regulators themselves. However, it is unfortunate, that you have not approached them but resorted to unwarranted means to threaten, harass and also malign the image of the company.

    We advise you once again to refrain from writing continuous emails marked to people unrelated to the case as we are very clear on our stand pertaining to your allegations and the same will not change unless you are able to provide any new facts which are relevant to the case. It would infact further validate our belief that there is no merit in your allegations and hence you are not approaching the lawful grievance redressal system available to you and instead trying unwarranted tricks to put undue pressure on the company.
