I am pachamuthu s/o k.Thangarasu, 25 years old, residing at Namaiyur Village, Ponnagaram (sub post office), Sirumattur (Post), Kunnam (Taluk), Perambalur (District), Pin - 621133. 1) I have purchased a Postal Life Insurance Policy for Rs.50000/- bearing No.R-TN-TC-EA-303670. I have paid the monthly premium for more than 2 years. Thereafter I have not paid the premium due to financial problem in my family and also i lost my father. Meanwhile i have lost the Original Policy bond due to house shifting. For closing the policy i have requested the department (DIVISION OFFICE - TRICHY) 7 months back by submitting all legal documents. The verification Officer came to my home after 3 months and completed the verification then he told you will the receive the duplicate policy bond within short period. Thereafter I am started making phone calls continuously to the department (DIVISION OFFICE AND RO OFFICE - TRICHY) nearly more than 50 times, they are telling alternatively contact Ro office and divisional office. If i call to Division office, they are telling me to cantact Ro Office, If i cantact Ro Office. they are telling me to contact Divisional Office. Sir I don't know why they are doing like this. I want to claim the Compensation for my loan liability and mental pressure.
