I had lodged a compliant with M/s Tata AIG in the month of March 2010 for a policy name Tata AIG Mahalife Gold (Policy Number C244778729, Reference Number 40479/1) as under:

Mis-selling/Wrong selling of Tata AIG Mahalife Gold policy by your Agent Ms.Niharika representing Vignaharta broking Delhi office(Though she had introduced herself as Regional Manager Tata AIG Delhi office),Please correct me if
she is really Tata AIG employee.I would like to refute your points safeguarding your agent's wrong deeds as follows:

1.Mr.Dilip Mishra from Kalyan cell no:09892931584 calls me while iam in a meeting in my office & pressurises me to be at home before 8:30 pm so that he can take my signatures at the required places in the blank Tata AIG application form & collect the ID,adress
proof and 2 nos premium cheques of Rs.99000 and 30,000 each as instructed by Ms.Niharika. I had to leave my office work half done in the evening to rush back home to meet Mr.Dilip as according to Ms.Niharika this offer was being made to select 100 priveleged customers based on some random sampling and has to be accepted on the same day.After reaching home by 8:30 pm i had to sign at appropriate places on a blank application form with the assurance that all necessary details as conveyed over phone by Ms.Niharika shall be honoured and shall be filled up by him later and a copy of the same shall accompany the with the policy on a stamp paper.Till that time I was clueless on the policy premium payment term though Ms.Niharika had confirmed to me over phone that premium paying term shall be 5 years & the policy will remain in force till iam 100 years old which matches with the policy term of 55 years since my present age is 45 years except for the premium paying term which appears as 15 years later filled up by Mr. Dilip
on the blank application form.Also what was wrongly communicated by Ms.Niharika over phone to me was that the sum assured of Rs.14,70,000 was payable at the end of 5th year i.e. lumpsum amount of Rs.14,70,000 payable in the 6th year,which is grossly misrepresented as it came as a rude shock to me when your customer care representative confirmed to me over phone on 27/02/2011 that 5% of Rs.14,70,000(sum assured) i.e. Rs.73500/- shall be payable 10th year i.e. 11th Jan 2021 onwards.During the free look period of 15 days,Ms.Niharika even told me that for an annual ppremium of Rs.1,30,000 paid for 5 years amounts to Rs.6,50,000/- against which i would be getting a returns of Rs.14,70,000 as sum assured at the end of 5 years which works out to almost 17% though Tata AIG commits
guaranteed returns of min 12% to their customers,whereas the returns are much more.Even i have found that my signature is forged by either Mr.Dilip or your agent M/s Vignahartha on page no.34 of the policy document.(i.e Declaration sheet acknowledging the reciept of copy of sales illustration).

All the above points including committment by Ms.Niharika of min 20% cashback i.e. Rs.26,000 on premium amount paid only reinforces the fact that this is a clear case of cheating on the part of Tata AIG's agent M/s Vignaharta and hence Vignaharta/Tata AIG are liable for criminal prosecution if they fail to keep up or honour their commitments made over phone.

I hope that after going through this letter Tata AIG will either take up strongly with their agent M/s Vignahartha for honouring/fulfilling the financial committments made to me or refund the premium amount in the right earnest at the earliest.

Till date after continuous followup over mail communications,they are refuting that their sales process is correct and not agreeing to refund my premium amount of Rs.1,30,000/- and cancellation of the said policy.Kindly help me in this matter to get the necessary refund along with interest charges at the earliest.
