Dear Sir, With reference to my Insurance Policy i.e. Reliance Money Gaurantee Plan No.10839495 & my Client Id No. 01794689 & policy terms is 10 years and Premium amount to Rs.10,000/- per annum. I had paid last four premiums and now I have submitted the same. I received a phone call from Reliance Company of Ms. Rita Malhotra whose mobile no. 9716158369and 8527145965 and have a long conversation with her regarding insurance policy and she told me that previous policy suffered a great loss and it was decided to change the plan into new one and it was told to me that I.R.D.A. had agreed to pay the bonus of Reliance Insurance as well as ICICI bank insurance if the policy holder invest of Rs.50,000/- at one time that the bonus will be paid to Rs. 375,000/- she take me into confidence and told me cheque No. 049326 dated 23-09-2011 will be sent to me on 16-09-2011. The balance amount paid by me in previous policy will be paid by the respective companies. Beside of this I again received a call from her that two a three days before 29-05-2011 and give an assurance to invest Rs. 50,000/- (Rs.40,000+10,000 separately) for the bonus of Rs. 375,000/- from I.R.D.A and I was not reluctant to invest, she requested me that don’t worry I will send a special messenger which is living in Shahdara Area to collect the cheque on Sunday 29th May 2011 from my residence (C-744 DDA LIG Flats, East Loni Road, Delhi-110093) as desired I gave two separate cheques of Rs. 40,000/- & Rs. 10,000/- by cheque no. 451830-831 dated 29-05-2011 of RBS Bank (Royal Bank of Scotland) to the special messenger both the cheques of Rs. 40,000/- & Rs.10,000/- one has cleared by my Bank (RBS Bank) and debited to my account. As against of Rs. 40,000/- I received a new policy i.e. Reliance Life Insurance Money Multiplier Plan of Rs. 39,995.52 and its Policy Contract No. 19005183 but the documents against Rs.10,000/- have not been received so far. After receiving the documents I go through the same and I find that Rs. 40,000/- per annum payment is to be made which is not affordable & acceptable to me. I complaint to Ms. Riti Malhotra that you have told me about the new plan that only one time payment of Rs. 50,000/- is not required per annum. I complaint to her regarding the document, she told me that this a Welcome Kit and original document will be couriered to you shortly and you need not worry about this. As this is Welcome Kit for the income tax purposes only. On dated 12-09-2011 & 13-09-2011 I tried to contact to Ms. Riti Malhotra on her mobile for the bonus cheque issued to me but no response and not pick up my calls on dated 13-09-2011 I received a phone call from Reliance Office Mr. Rajiv Srivastavavide his mobile No. 8750207236 & 8447468903 and informed me that no such bonus cheque is being issued to me and advised me that you have been misguided by her and complaint to Customer Care. As I have good faith in the Reliance reputed company that is why I faith her. After this I submitted my policy to Reliance Life Insurance Dilshad Garden Office they assured me withing 15 days will give you the reply against this misselling but reply was denying my request because of 15 free days has been over so company cannot take action on my request even this was cheating to investor.
