    Default Complaint against L.I.C

    Dear Sir,

    I had purchased a policy # 293352709. Due to some financial reasons, I had to surrender the policy. I received only Rs 15431 while I paid Rs 25170. This was not what I was told when buying the policy. At least I should have received the full amount I paid.
    This is not fair at all from any point of view. L.I.C is a trusted name and It should take care of such issues. I will never buy any policy from L.I.C if I do not get my full amount I paid.
    I know this is not going to do any harm to L.I.C but a customer who has trust in the company. I tried to get it resolved at teh branch office but no help. I tried to lodge an online complain but but no success.

    This is my last option that I am trying. I hope for a resolution from the kind side.
