What i had applied for ,has never been given to me.i never went for any medical check-up for insurance ; i had clearly mentioned on the application form that the money was for the purpose of investment only. I had also stated on my application form that i was not eligible for insurance as i had undergone by-pass-surgery on 08/07/2011.the application form appears to have been manipulated . The life policy was fraudulently taken back on the pretext of verification & necessary correction on 04/11/2011 through messenger mr. Harimohanlal and retained in mayur vihar branch upto the free look-in period.
All my e-mails /complaints havebeen overlooked and payment has not been made to me. I have been deprieved of my funds from 23/10/2011 .
How is it possible that my letter dated 03/11/2011 sent through the messenger mr. Harimohan lal alongwith thepolicy , is received by hdfc on 13/12/2011while second time , policy ducument was received by me on 03/12/2011. I didnot send letter on 05/11/2011 both policy document and letter for cancellation of policy were sent in the same cover.
It is requested that amount paid by me should be returned to me alongwith the interest from 23/10/2011 till the date of payment to me.
It is further requested that corrective steps should be initiated to prevent such frauds taking place by the peoples involved.

This is regarding complaint againest the one fellow who cheated me very much. his name is Ayappa.g.Reddy(ayappar@hdfclife.in). He has given false information about the policy to me and took money from me and i told to cancle with in one week he told ok and not did the same. now he is not picking my phone and not responding to massages. he has given promise on his mother, i think he don't know the value of mother and promise and even he don't know the value of parents. He took some amount of money from me for his personal use and not giving in banagalore i didn't saw cheater like him, frauded person. I don't know how the company is recruiting this kind of people by what critsis. i came from poor family he know about my family and he told me as brother, he is such kind of person who is like bad thing that i can not expalin. So please help me to get my money at least now. its been one year that he took my money but now hw is not at all available to me. and take stickt action on him
