I got reply from as below mentioned. I got a couple of calls from customer care AVIVA they told after recieveing of Original Policy with in 15 days the policy can be changed or cancelled.


Till now I have not got any origianl policy, after delaying many months, afer complaints to IRDA, SBI, AVIVA by the copy of DD issued on the company name, I have traced the policy number, and by paying Rs250/- they have issued me a duplicate policy, after seeing the policy I have suprised as it was for 25 year for which I have not opted, as I have clearly told the agent I am a private employee with very low salary, only I can opt maximum for 3years.


immediately after getting the duplicate policy, I have complained to the company cro@avivaindia.com and complaints@avivaindia.com.to change my policy to 3 years term or cancel, but they all not co-operating with me, they all troubled me a lot so as I can loose my money and my policy will lapse.


cro@avivaindia.com mailed me we have already dispatched the original policy by hand and delivered to me, after this I have called to Bhubaneswar Branch AVIVA, they told the policy is lost.


When I demanded please show me the proof of the delivery, then its came as a still more surprise, one scanned copy shows my name and signature along with delivered person's name, Date and place of delivery of documents indicated I was out of station and non of my family member received any documents from such person.


This clears that either the agent/delivery person/CRO AVIVA forged my signature either by putting himself/ used blank ink and scanned my signature and forged so as I cannot get my money. I am a very poor person kindly help me to get justice. Such a serious crime they done and played with my life.


Kindly guide me what action can be done, whether IRDA can do or I will have to proceed to Consumer Court/ CID Orissa Police/ or filing case at Berhampur Police Station/ file a case against the agent, delivery persons and against company. Please suggest me the best possible things.


I am surprised, A company How original policy is handing over by hand, they cannot send by Speed Post/Registered Letter/Courier, such important documents why their is no record of delivery.


I understood that, they made purposefully delay so as I cannot cancel my policy, the agent made 25 years as per his choice so as he can earn more commission.


Now they told they already lapsed my policy, so as I lost my all money.


Kindly help me to get my money back and punish such cheat persons and company.
