I have subscribed LIC Jeewan Saral Policy in July 2011. But I didn't get my policy bond delivered to me. When I informed the LIC about it through mail, they gave me a Speed Post No, telling me the status as "Delivered". When I cross checked with that speed post no, I found it doesn't even exist on the site of Indian Post. When I complained about the same, there was no response from there side. I checked the policy online on LIC website and I found mistakes in terms (Period of Policy) of Ploicy. I applied for insurance till 25 years, but it was registered with only 20 years. The difference between the return corrosponding is significantly large. I got in contact with the executive who offered me the policy. He told me that policy terms cannot be modified now because its been too late. Anyways he arranged a duplicate Policy bond for me but I am not sure whether I would be able to get my Policy terms corrected.

Please suggest what I can do.
