Dear Sir,

It is hereby informed that,on 17.11.11 the afforsaid policy had been deposited by undersigned policy holder to TATA AIG branch at 1st Floor,Horizon,57 Jawahar Lal Neheru Road,Kolkata-700071 for correction of nominee age.

But till date that policy bond has not been received from their end.I am not getting any suitable response from their end also.

So,your kind intervension will highly be appriciated.
