    Default SBI Life declined death claim

    Hi,
    SBI Life declined my husband's death claim. My Husband passed away suddenly in cardiac arrest. The commencement date was Feb 2010. My husband did checkup on May 2010, July 2010 and Nov 2010. Now SBI life is giving excuse saying he didnt declare about his diseases when he took the insurance for our home loan amount. SBI Life also do thier kind of medical when they give insurance to people and thier report says nothing.

    I am really in trouble with this huge loan amount. Please help me.
