    Angry Complain Against Bajaj Allianz Group Policy

    I have taken a group policy with Bajaj Alliance on 12 July 2011. I have opted for 1 year but even after the term is over Bajaj has not stopped deducing money neither I have recieved my money. Now when I am asking them to provide me my money and stop deducing the amount from my account they are not responding and all the time provides with new ITrack Id. I had a word with them through multiple channels. I had mail exchanges with them on 'customercare@bajajallianz.co.in', I talked with their executives on phone, I tried the chat, nobody provided me with the details.

    On mail they always provide me a new timeline for their response inspite of giving me the details of what has happened. On calls they apologize for their network and always have the same response that their system is slow. Chat is worst of all.

    Let me once again brief you with history:

    I have mailed them on 29-11-2011 regarding this issue, they provided me I track: - 14307030. They asked me to provide the policy details, I provided them the following details:
    Group Policy no: 0177206484
    Membership No: CB03795
    Bank: CitiBank
    Location: Gurgaon

    Then they asked me to wait for 48 hours. I waited and then responded them on 02-12-2011 for their response. Now inspite of briefing me they provided me a new I track Number:14349935 to my query and asked me to wait another 48 hours. This happened on 02-12-2011.

    Now its 05-12-2011. I don't need any new tickets and new timelines for the resolution. I need my money and proper business justifications for it.
