I had bought a life insurance plan from this company.But they never gave my policy documents to me.Now i want to freelook cancellation of my policy but they refused to do the same.This company told me that We have dispatched your policy documents.

After that, I told them, OK i agree that you have dispatched my policy documents to my address then i told them that show me the receiving of mine. But they don't have any receiving of mine.Then how can they said that i have received my documents.

I go their branches, I talk to their complaint staff many times....but they never gave me satisfactory answer.

That's why i am complaining against this company to you.
B'cos as i know.....

AS PER THE IRDA GUIDELINES,I HAVE THE RIGHT TO FREELOOK CANCEL MY POLICY B'COS THEY NEVER GAVE ME MY POLICY DOCUMENTS.

Kindly resolve my problem as this Aviva Life Ins. co. doing fraud with me.
