Dear Sir/Madam,

I had purchased the policy no. 436156004 dt.10/12/2007 from MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY. I was paying the monthly premium of Rs.4217.00 through RTGS. During september, 2011, i was in need of urgent funds, so, i called on Max customer care and asked about the loss i will have to bare if, i surrender my policy, i was informed that around twenty max thirty thousand i may have to loose. After knowing this i called the repsentative to collect the surrender papers from me, the representative Mr.Rajesh K. Pandey visited on 28-10-2011 and collected the required papers. From him also i tried to know about the exect figure, but, he said that he is not aware of as he is new in the company, he has been asked to collect the papers for which he has come to me. Anyhow, the papers were handedover to him on 28-10-2011.

After that i received call around last week of November, when i was informed that the amount is being deposted in my HDFC Bank Ltd., Mori Gate, Kashmere Gate, Branch and on 1st november, 2011 i received letter no.SUR09/436156004 dt.28/10/2011 from which i could know the amount been paid to me and after cross checking the amount with the amount total premiums i had paid to MAX i was surprised to see that there is a total loss of Rs.94,094.22 which was not at all acceptable to me.

Now, i want to continue with the policy, because my concern is that i was never explained by any Max person about the exect amount i was going to loose and more the money has come to my bank after almost morethan one month. How, the Max LIC can surrender my policy without the prrier information to me about the looses in writing.

Please help me in continution of the policy.
