Mr. Rohit my ICICIdirect RM visited my residence and explained me about ICICI guaranteed savings Plan he said I will get 80% of amount i.e. around Rs. 6 lakhs 4 thousand after 7 years by paying 51000 every year. But on receiving my policy documents on 20.10.2011 by hand from Shri Janardhan it was found there is no such thing mentioned in policy so I opted to surrender policy which I submitted for refund on 02.11.2011 well before time, freelook period is of 15 days.

On 28.12.2011. received cheque of rs. 51000 from icici prudential life insurance co ltd., the same was credited into my account on 31.12.2011 hence kindly close my case.

my name is kailash joshi, and my policy no-is 16307529, i made this policy in feb.2012 from one the vendor of iciciprd.life and he told me u will get 80 % loan of amount after fifteen days i made it and he told this short term policy, but when pay get my pepper so its showing long term policy and i have to pay seven years and i will get benefit after 15 years this unbelievble, so i compaliaint to head office and they give me one more policy behalf of that one they send browser for that policy that i went out of city for 25 days and after that i read that one so that policy showing u have complete that in between 15 days recive and i came from out side after 25 days, and i went to office in thane they told me u cannot get this policy this expried so u cannot replace this policy , so what should i do i have only one work to go behind of them, this sht comapny no any befits for custmer to get home delivery service save our time better then lic is the best so u can operate from your home.
