Hi every body Good Moring .

I have LIC insurance Policy of New Bima Gold.which i have started on 20 dec 2006 and I have paid the premiums regualarly and I did't get the Survival benefit 10% total sum assured after the premium of 4th installment . I found that the policy was not suitable and I surrendered the policy and again I fund the surrendered policy value is very less . again I reinstated the policy with some interest for 6 months and eveything was normal i started to pay the premium online for 2011. When I ask for the survival benefit they are telling that the above mentioned policy was not reinstatable we have made it wrongly.

Kindly help me its very shocking and annoing problem for me and I am going to lose lots of hard earned money ,Kinldy help me on this how to go along with this problem .. Thanks in advance .
