This is to inform you that I,Rana dasgupta,Residing at 44/7,Hazra Road,Kolkata-700019.i had a policy in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance company with the annual premium of Rs-35,000 and the policy was lapsed.i was supposed to pay the premium for two years(Rs-70,000) to revive that policy.suddenly i got a call from a person claiming himself an employee of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance company.as per the schedule the person visited my residence to collect that renewal premium and i issued a check of Rs-70,000.i didn't write the payee's name on the check,because the person was suppose to write that.The check details are- HDFC Bank Ltd.check no-425532 ,dated 24/11/2010.the person also collected a photocopy of my pan card.after some days when i got my bank statement from HDFC Bank,i noticed that the amount is debited by RELIANCE Life Insurance Co.being shocked i visited to the nearest Reliance Insurance office and i was informed that a new policy has been issued for me with that much amount(Rs-70,000).policy no is-18218741.i described everything to them that i got forged but they are not ready to surrender that policy.i have not got my policy bond yet because they have changed my address even.I am repeatedly complaining on that ,they r just telling that free look period is over that is why they cant do anything,but i am trying to convince them that as i am not got my policy bond yet then how come the free look period be over.instead of that they are nor responding well.
So,therefore request to take the necessary step for the same so that i can get my money back as soon as possible
