    Post Complaint about BAJAJ ALLIANZ Life Insurance Co.

    Hello Sir/Mam,<br>I am working in Team Life Care channel partner of <strong>BAJAJ ALLIANZ Life Insurance Co. Near SAI HOSPITAL at Moradabad Branch</strong> &nbsp;as a Tele Caller from last 4 Months , there are 2 more Tele Caller's and 5-6 Renewal Executive's in this Office Total 10-11 Employees, <strong>My branch Manager Mr. Arun</strong> is doing our harassment in the form of Work Pressure ,he didn't give us a Single Leave in a week even in all SUNDAY's he was calling us in Office and said to do Work in non working day , if we want to take a Leave than he always threaten us and said first give ur Resignation after that u go on leave.We all Worked in office SEVEN DAYS in a Week without any Holiday , but we want one day LEAVE in a week to have some Rest.<br><br>So please take some action against this Co. and try to do some Justice with us as Soon as possible ............<br><br>Thanking You.

    My name is Harish Kumar. I have purchased a Mone back policy from Bajaj Allianj in dec 2007. I purchased policy from a friends brother who was working with Bajaj Allianj as an agent. He deliverd me the policy certifiacte after one month. I was not happy with the policy at that time then he said u can withdraw policy after three years and you will get your money back with bonus. But now after three years when i visited Bajaj they said you will get ony 30% of the money you deposited.Moreover according to them i have to carry that policy for whole 15 years to get all benifts.

    Please suggerst what should i do

    My name is Sameer. I took a Bajaj Allianz life insurance policy through Citi Bank(A corporate Policy) last year.The monthly premium was Rs.3000 and i was told, that the policy is only for one year and i will get Rs.36000(total premium that i have paid) plus 8.50% interest after completing one year.I just completed my one year(September 2011) and when i submitted documents for withdrawal of my money. I only received Rs.22000 instead of my premium Rs.36000 and interest of 8.50%.When i asked for the reason of huge deductions (around 40%), i was told that the policy is for ten years and 40% deductions are the surrender charges.Please suggest.

    Default Regd: Discrepancy in the settlement of a policy-su

    Dear Sir,

    I am a customer of Bajaj-Allianz Life Group. The following are my policy details..

    Policy Name : NEW SECUREFIRST - SILVER
    Policy No : 0024507133
    Policy Holder : MR SHRIHARI PRASAD BHAVANASI

    On last saturday i.e 12.11.2011, I have surrendered the policy. As per the acknowledgement recieved it says that I will be receiving an amount of 77907 Rs from the company. But on 17.11.2011, my bank account is credited with only 68417 Rs.

    Immediately I raised a complaint with Bajaj-Allianz regarding this discrepancy. I got a call from Bajaj-Allianz in the evening saying that this (deduction of around 9000 Rs) happened because in 2007-Sep-18 when I paid premium the company allocated double the units. And hence they deducting the same.

    The basic purpose of surrendering the policy is that I will be getting my premium amount back with little profit after 5 years and as want to take out this money for my other investments/purchases.

    Now the company is putting me in losses AFTER SURRENDER of the policy.

    First thing, I want to get the promised amount in the Surrender Acknowledgement. Please help in finding a solution for this.

    Also I want to ask and understand...

    1) This mistake has happened in 2007. why was that not found till now?
    2) This mistake was found only after Surrendering the policy. why?
    3) Why was that Iam not informed of the same mistake till now?
    4) It was NOT even informed at the surrender time. It was only informed when I called them back to find out about the discrepancy.
    5) As part of huge administration charges, is this the kind of mistakes expected?

    I would like to thank you in advance for this. Please help me in finding a solution for this.

    I am one of your Customer but it is regretted to inform you that your Organisation is making people as worst suffer in finance.
    Whatever we are investing to your Product either Yearly/Quarterly but all are in vain as e.g. I have invested Rs.90000/
    but after completion 4th year my return will be around may be Rs.30000/ or more or less Rs35000/. It is not only for me
    these are all over Picture through over In India. Indirectly your Organisation is MONEY MAKING RACKET and people are cheated quite a lot

    Need your kind clarrification at your earliest.If your calrrification will be satisfactory I shall change my mind
