Kotak Mahindra did fraud and stolen 450,000 value and manipulated my investment value to only 165,000 Rs, If you see the Kotak Mahindra agent, please beware they are all doing fraud togther, I think they share profit together like 60/40 value of invested amount. I have all proof and can show everyone, and if they will not solve this matter in amicable way then I will proceed for legal action and file 420 case against company CEO. They all doing fraud business in India and seems they are not professional even in public relationship.

if you have taken a loan from h d f c and taken a insurance cover for the loan you may have done a mistake .

you may have paid an exorbitantly high premium while you have not got proper insurance coverage .

if you have taken a hdfc ergo - hsp , then you have paid a hefty premium for just 5 years while the coverage is only for accident and critical illness .

in other words if the death occurs for malaria or dengue no insurance money will be paid to the nominee . if the death is caused by a sudden heart attack no claims will be entertained .

the ergo h s p only pays if death occurs because of any of the 9 critical illness .

so , if the person does not suffer from cancer or renal failure , no claims would be paid .

if you read the policy document carefully then you will realize the loopholes .

chances are that you have been tricked into paying the premium while the negatives have been hidden from you by the sales executive .

is there a solution ? yes , specially if you have received the policy not more than the last 15 days .

write a complaint at the following email id quote your policy number :

please ask them to cancel the policy and tell them that you wish to surrender .

tell them to refund the whole premium amount paid without any deductions .

tell them that you only want a home loan protection plan or hlpp .

You are in hand of Fraud company called Kotak Life Insurance, thing is that Kotak itself is fraud and Fraud Kotak makes money by wrong ways or by any means, once they(Fraud Kotak) got money from their investors they do not care about them.

Here we all must note that, also to make money by wrong ways and doing fraud with their investors once their(Fraud Kotak's) investors get to know about the fraud done by Kotak they try all their best to push you on corner and even try to threat..!!!

They do not hear of anyone and almost none have control over this corrupt Kotak Life Insurance, they need to take to court once, since else this most corrupt life insurance company of India, Kotak Life Insurance would keep doing fraud with their investors, since Kotak's management is even corrupt and support doing fraud by kotak's employees.

As i have received mail from your side that after investigation, i was paid that payment to my LIC policy. how it can possible. If i made cheque in favour of KOTAK MAHINDRA LIFE INSURANCE, which shown in my account statement also. How it could debit to my policy - LIC of India???????????.

I have received mail that that payment was debited to my personal LIC, how can it possible that if made cheque to in favour of M/s. Kotak Life Insurance and it can be debited to LIC?

Please give me sufficient reply in this regard and always you people are making customer to fool.
