    Default Bharti Axa Life Insurance

    I, Abhishek Sekhri had taken 2 policies from Bharti Axa Life Insurance Co. with no.5002998572 & 5003241188 in the name of my wife Mrs. Ruchi Duggal. Since the date I have purchased the policies there have been a couple of issues with the company. The same are as follows:
    1. No policy bond till date for both the policies 5003241188 & 5002998572 has ever been sent to me despite repeated requests & reminders to your company.
    2. I had asked for ECS service to be deactivated on my bank account & credit card, you had confirmed the same through your email dt 6/6/2009, however my bank account was then debited by company dt 07/06/2009. After I protested through email dt 9/6/2009, the company had apologized for the same & said the same would not be repeated. However on 15/6/09 again my credit card was debited Rs 1000/- for the second policy.
    3. The credit card ECS mandate form was fraudulently signed by the officials. I have sent the scanned copy of my signatures to the company through email dt 3/7/2009. However, the same is not considered as my correct signatures by its officials.

    Default Amount not received Bharti Axa

    Hi,

    Myself Vikas Kumar. I took Life Insurance policy from Bharti Axa Life
    Insurance ( Policy Number : 500 - 3952636). I cancelled my policy on 6th
    August. According to policy documents, the policy amount should be refunded
    within 15 days. But it has been more than 1 month, still the policy amount
    has not been refunded. I have called Bhari Axa customer care 3 times, each &
    every time, customer care executive told me that with in 7 working days you
    will recevice the refund amount at my delivery address.

    Please help me out.

    Red face Twice ECS Deposited

    I have send mail to Bharti Axa -
    In September (09/09/2009) my ECS has dishonored due to insufficient fund, after that the same amount I have paind on 14th Sep 09 through online payment and I got confirmation on 16th Sep 09 from Bharti Axa stating that "Thank you for your premium payment of Rs.2000/-, towards policy 500-2594553 vai our online payment facility".

    After paying the amount through Online, again It has represented on 19/09/2009, & I got BANK CHARGES FOR ECS RETURNED of Rs.221/-.

    IF YOU PEOPLE ARE NOT HAVAING TRACK ON ONLINE PAYMENT, THEN WHY U PEOPLE ARE PROVIDING SUCH BAD FACILITY TO THE CUSTOMER. The same thing is happen for my Uncle aslo.

    When I called to your Branch Sadashiv Nagar, they won't listen the customer problem, directly they'll ask to call CUSTOMER CARE. When you want a policy from customer you people will coordinate every time, up to opening the policy after that nobody will response when customer had a problem.

    When I called the your Sadashiv Nagar brach nobody is ready to give a Email ID. This is the service what we are getting from Bhati Axa.

    I reques you to kindly send a letter to the Bank to reverse the which is debited my account of Rs.221/-.

    Looking forward your reply in this regard.

    I have received reply like this.

    Dear Mr. Santhosh,

    We regret the inconvenience caused to you.

    With respect to your email below, we wish to inform you that the ECS files are sent for redebit if there is failure received in the first cycle, the redebit collection files for the month of September 09 were sent on 11/09/09 and has hit your account on 19/09/09 and the SMS for the same was sent to your registered mobile number.

    Further, we regret to inform you we will not be able to pay the bounce charges levied by the bank.

    Default 6 months has gone but bharti axa didn't free look my two policies yet

    respected sir

    i have taken a policy(500-1560019) from bharti axa in august 2008and bharti axa send me policy bond on 7th march 2009 after that i submt policy bond on 12th march 2009 in sriganganagar bharti axa branch(rajasthan)for cancellation,when this is a rule of irda the policy can be cancel with in 15 days after recieving of policy bond--then bharti axa even i have a another policy(500-1418267)taken in julu 2008 but bharti send me policy bond on 3th april 2009 and i have submit policy bond on 13 april 2009 for cancellation then why don't bharti cancel my policy (and plz check the date of recieving of policy bond)

    I had taken a policy with bharti axa life last year ie may 2009 In april this year I communicated to their agent
    by letter that i wish to cancel my Ecs instead they could send someone to collect mycheque. That was the last
    week of april. Finally after several calls and interaction they sent a representative from optimus global services and I issued a cheque for rs. 15000/- and the representative issued me a receipt on 13th may 2010.
    Subsequently I was harrassed by phone calls for payment of the money. Even after I informed them over phone
    and mail they continued it
    in the first week of JUne they gave me an address in Gandhinagar, Adyar wherein I should deposit a fresh cheque as they had misplaced the previous one.

    To my surprise I found that the agent had already vacated the premises
    I mailed to customer care immediately and yet to get a response
