Hi,

This is in reference to the documents collected by your executive on 3rd
July 2009 against the Over draft account which your executive told me its a
pre-approved and after providing the documents Over Draft account will
be issued in 10 working days.

Against which I was been told that I have to give 15000/- cheque on annual
basis for three (3) years which will be a security deposit and for which I
will be issued an insurance policy and its teneour will be of 3 years after
which I can withdraw the total amount (4500) whatever will be its market
value.



I had received an sms on 16th July 2009 from ICICI Pru Life stating your
policy has been processed policy no. application no. has been provided to
me. When I had called the bank to confirm what is this policy about Bank
informed me that I had opted for a policy whose time period is for 20 years
and the premium is due half yearly, also told me it doesn't has any link
with the Over Draft account.

Bank informed me that I will be receiving the policy documents in 10 working
days.



I am sorry to say that what ever your executives had committed was false
statement and had made a wrong commitment for the Over Draft account only to
collect the documents for the insurance policy.



Up till now I have not received any documents for the Overdraft account nor
the insurance policy

On continuous follow up with the bank I have not received any result.



From the numbers which I had been receiving the calls from the executives
once they had replied and now making 100s of call they don't receive the
call nor do they reply.

On 18th Aug 2009 at 11 am Had a talk with your Customer Care executive Named
*“Remal”* who assured me that bank will be reverting me in next 24 hours
But till now no one had responded…………….



So I a request to the bank to kindly resolve the issue or I will be filing a
case committing fraud, against the Bank and your Broker………..
