Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am an agency holder of Bharti Axa life insurance, I had taken agency on 20-11-2008
and my IRDA LICENCE No:4842469.

Sir, i am selected in LIC of India as Financial Service executive and as per the
norms of the company i need to present (N.O.C) no objection certificate to the
concern department. I wrote a resignation latter to Bharti Axa for the same, I
presented the resignation latter to the branch manager of BHARTI AXA ( NEHRU PLACE
BRANCH NEW DELHI). The branch manager Mr.Amit pradhan was so rude to me, he showed
his anger and used very dirty language. He refused to accept my resignation and told
me to talk to my sales manager Mr. Raj singh for the same.When the branch manager
behaves like this you can easily imigine how the sales manager behaves?

Kindly focus on the following concern of mine.

1) When i want to resign the organisation why i am not being allowed to do so?

2) How can you justify such Individual who claims to be Branch manager of Bharti Axa
behaves like uneducated and wild way?This seems very unprofessional.

3) Is this is the working culture of BHARTI AXA?

4) I was insulted and harressed by your employee, who will be responsible for that?

5) Branch manager asked Bribe Rs. 25000 to provide releaving letter, because i got
government job. Is this is the corporate culture?

I am very much hopeful that you will go through the fact and do the needfull action
against the guilt one.
