    Default Fraud ed by kotak life insurance

    Respected Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that a employee of KOTAK OLD MUTUAL LIFE INSURANCE CO. came to my residence and convinced me for SINGLE PREMIUM POLICY.i told him everything that i am a retired person of 68 years of age.it is not possible for me to continue any regular premium policy but the person told me that its a regular premium policy and it is applied upto the age 70 years.in this term i applied for two policies on 04/08/2011,one in my name and another in the name of my wife Mrs. Arati banerjee of rupees 50,000 each.when i got my policy bond i saw its a regular premium policy and the date of birth of both me and my wife has been changed, our photo has been changed.our policy details are...POLICY NO-02342470 OF KAUSHIK BANERJEE AND POLICY NO-02342476 OF ARATI BANERJEE. our original date of birth is 25/04/1943(kaushik banerjee) and 22/11/1944(arati banerjee) but in the policy it is changed as 25/04/1960 and 22/11/1960. So,therefore seeking help for innitiative from you so that we can surrender these policy and get our money back.     hi this is kaushik banerjee,i made a complain against the miss selling of kotak policy.policy no-02342470 and 02342476 on 09/09/2011.but i have not got any solution till now.the local employee of kotak life is not behaving in a good manner with me.so therefore request once again to solve this matter as soon as possible.regardsKaushik banerjeeArati Banerjee9433828089
