ICICI Lombard policy issue Hello Sir,
I need your help about my problem. Kindly advice me what should I do
I had a policy from ICICI Lombard. I took it on December-2007. I was paying its monthly premium through my credit card. Every month around 375 Rs. automatically added in my credit card statement. In my Octomber-2008 month credit card statement they included two premium at once. when I complaind to customer care, they told me in December month change will not include and I said OK. In December month credit card statement there was again one premium. When I wrote to ICICI Lombard about it, they canceled my policy. I asked about it to customer care but nothing happened and In my january month credit card statement they charged again approx 1000 rs. as a policy cancelation charges. I have both of my mail that I sent to customer care executive. One is for reversal one premium from October month credit card and second one is for asking why they closed my policy.
Kindly let me know what should I do? Should I go to consumer court or should I sit quite.

I also faced the nearly same problem, I paid the premium through my credit card last month, but still no positive response from ICIC Lombard customer care. I talked many times and send more then 500 rs on phone calls, but no use, this is not the way they are working , I go through this website and found too many complaints against ICICI bank, I dont know y the Govt. is not taking any action against them. They never follow the RBI or any other governing body rules and regulations. This is my request to you please raise this issue, too many INDIAN consumers are facing big trouble. If the Govt. rectifiy this problem then why we need to go to the Consumer Court.
Regarding the policy not issued Dear sir,
i have paid rs. 15,000/- through net bankin for halth insurance policy as on 25.03.2010 . The bank has debited the amont in my account but the policy has been not issued by the icici lombard yet.
Kindly help me to get policy or money ?
