    Default Complaint against Life Insurance Company -- Bajaj Alliance life Insurance

    Dear Sir,

    My name is Amit Parashar & I had taken one Life insurance Policy No:- 0022417406 (Unit Gain Super) from Bajaj Alliance Insurance. At the time of Purchase of mentioned policy I had given Rs 25000/- & my agent ( From Branch Office -- Patna) told that said amount will be locked for 3 years & after that I will entitle to withdraw said Amount with Interest. But after 3 years when I consult Bajaj alliance for Withdraw mentioned amount, I was surprised to know that mentioned policy was not one time investment as I have to pay another Rs 25000/- as installment else my previous amount will be lapsed which was never informed by agent who sale me mentioned Policy. I had tried to call many times to Bajaj Alliance Company that it was cheated to me but no one from Insurance Company is not ready to listen my complaint & every time they told me that you have to check & read each & every Terms & Conditions before purchasing any policy.

    I request you all to kindly interfere in my complaint as I am not getting any response from Insurance Company & they are not ready to pay my actual amount which I had paid ( Rs 25000/-).

    Default Misselling

    Dear Sir,

    I am one of your disappointed customer, i was sourced the policy number 0066551733 by a agent from India infoline - Mr. Prashant :981929434 & 9967576617.

    When the policy was sourced to me, i was informed that it is a one time payment and i do not need to pay any further payments, and prashant was very clearly aware that i have a lot of financial commitments hence when i had some lumsum funds i invested the same.

    When i received calls from your company, i did tell them that i was always told that it is a onetime payment and lately, i was told that some sales personnel would help me with the same.

    A sales personnel named Mr. Viswamitra Pandey visited my residence and when i informed him of the above i was told that nothing can be done and was suggested of shifting to monthly payment.

    Further he said there was a way i could recover my money by way of getting people to buy more policies and he would pay me commission for the same - i don't understand what tactic was this to lure me to get more people trapped into this pit which i am.

    i request your urgent intervention, i was told that i need to lock the money for 3-5 years and i would get atleast 15% returns.

    Hence please refund my money with the said returns.

    This is a regular premium policy and policy term is 10 years. The policy is issued as per the proposal form filled and signed by you. If you are not satisfied with the same you could have approached us within freelook period. We request you to please pay the premium minimum for 3 years to enjoy the benefits of the policy. After that you can surrendered the policy.

    Default COMPLAINT AGAINST BAJAJ ALLIANZ: CAPITAL UNIT GAIN Policy Number 0040104431

    I have been running around BAJAJ ALLIANZ LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY TO SURRENDER MY POLICY (BAJAJ ALLIANZ CAPTIAL UNIT GAIN POLICY no 0040104431 ) from the past one month, but they have made it a point not to provide any service.

    BAJAJ ALLIANZ IS THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE PROVIDER AND IF ANYONE IS PLANNING TO TAKE
    A POLICY FROM THEM PLEASE DONT EVEN THINK OF IT.

    THEY WILL MAKE YOU RUN FOR YOUR MONEY FOR LIFE

    Kindly advice me as to how I can file a case against them to get my money.

    Call him and ask. They are so incompetent that they could not get a statement generated in that time, I thought better take it back and get an OPIN and do it myself.

    But that request for generating an OPIN has also not been addressed.

    please submit your request to the concerned branch and obtain their acknowledgement and then wait for their response. If ou are not satisfied,you can raise a consumer complaint after sending a egal notice to them.

    if they donot give an acknowledgement in person,then send your request by registered post with ack.

    Many of these private insurance companies operate with such dirty tricks and only few people like you respond.

    Reliance General Insurance have cheated me by declining cashless facility for my car accident claim.
    Initially when paying premium for the policy, they said i can avail cashless facility in case of
    major accident and if the bill amount crosses 20,000+plus.

    All the insurance people involved here have mentally tortured me like anything since
    10/Apr/2010 till date. It includes various people from the surveyor,customer care and claims department.

    My vehicle is repaired a week ago and the amount is 1,09,000. Now they say i have to pay the money and submit the
    cash receipt and bills to get re-imbursement. Workshop people are not ready to deliver the vehicle without the
    approval from Reliance Insurance.

    I am a salaried person and I know in my present condition i can't pay so much initially for the next few months.
    At the same time i can't leave my vehicle in the workshop for months just beacause i got cheated from Reliance
    general insurance agents and staff (Gave me false information and made me choose Reliance & pay the premium).

    I need help in getting cashless approval to get my vehicle As soon as possible and also help in getting
    explanation/compensation for following :

    1) delayed survey, ( Surveyer might have expected something from me and since i didn't give him he delayed this)
    2) Surveyer took 20 Days to give keep open and start repair approval to workshop,,(Supposed to be done in 1week)
    3) Everyone involved here talks as if they are giving me the claim money from their pocket.
    4) Initially Customer care told me i will get cashless if the amount crosses 20,000 RS,
    and today after my vehicle is ready they say cashless is denied and they don't have a reason for that.
    This really made me sick and added to my frustration.
    5) Everyone gave me false information right from the day i was planning to pay premium,
    6) They have no rules while taking the premium, but while giving the claim they talk to me in their technical terms
    and bring in all rules.
    7) These 40 Days i was taking a cab to office which costed me 10,000+RS till date.
    8) I wasted plenty of time and money in calling customer care,claim department and surveyer.

    This should be a lesson to all insurance companies.
    They should learn how to speak to customer professionally and deal every case very carefully.

    Its been 40 Days, it caused mental agony, frustration to me and i am still chasing Reliance for claim as if i am a begger.

    Default complaint against icici prudential

    this is to inform u that as on 28th of April 2010 an amount of rs 500 has been deducted from my icici bank a/c no 023801504048.... but till date i did not buy any policy from the company, when i ask the banker they reply that kindly confirm from insurance co. ................ i had forwrd a mail at lifeline@icicipru.com but no reply yet, about one month has been gone.... they need to prove my ecs authority for the deduction.......

    kinldy resolve the matter,, my personal details given below

    Exclamation Bajaj allianz refusing to give orignal proff

    I have taken IGainII policy and policy Number 179245871 from bajaj Allianz through online.
    Insurance company taken 2 months advance cheque from me and promptely deposited money
    in company account without sending the orginal certificate. After series of phone call I finally
    cancelled the policy & and Bajaj Allianz now refusing to give my orginal document and cheque to me.
    When policy cancelled in companys record then they have no write to hold my hard earned money and policy.

    If Baja Allianz using my orginal proff for unauthorised actvity then who will be responsbile??
    In these regard take strict action againist Bajaj Allianz.

    This is to inform you that your company Bajaj Alliance have made my husband to insure for 4 Lakh rupees premium per annum and didnt provide any document. My husband is business man, running his business in netherland. He had savings account in standard charted bank , those people i.e your agent asked him to to transfer the money to Bajaj Alliance and made him to invest. It's been 3 years now he invested he didn't got any news regarding the this policy nor he got any document releated. I and my husband visited your branch in Koramangala Bangalore , but they did not respond properly .

    Please response as soon as possible . This is reputation of your company otherwise will take an action. Please train your agents before they do business.
