    Dear sir,
    I had taken a policy from Aviva Life Insurance. In my policy documents illustration it was stated that my surrender value of policy would be same as fund value after five years. This was also told to me at the time of selling the policy. To my surprise the company refuse to provide me the surrender value as per the policy documents and even not replying on the matter instead they give some irrelevant replies to my complaints just to close the same. Please help me.

    Dear Sir,
    I have taken the captioned Policy in August 2006, while taking the policy it has been narrated to me that no surrender charges will be deducted from the fund value after competition of 5 years of the policy.
    The same fact has also been confirmed in the illustration shown to me while taking the policy and the same has been sent to me as part of the policy document. (Copy of the Policy document received my me is the enclosed by your ready reference)

    Now I desire to surrender the policy ( after competition of 5 years) and for the same I taken a fund value statement as on 1st September 2011 & approached the Insurance Companies’ Office at Karkardooma, Delhi – 110092 for surrender a value on 2nd september2011 . The concerned Person has refused to provide surrender value statement however inform the surrender value by writing on the top of the policy Account statement (fund value statement) as RS. 908034/- against the fund value of Rs. 1093550/- . He also refused to sign the same but only put the company Stamp.

    I view of the above kindly confirmed that I will get the full fund value on surrender of the captioned policy (as 5 Years has already been completed) as illustrated in the illustration received as a part of the policy document and also as explain to me at the time of taking the policy . It is also stated that it was the one of the important condition for taking the policy by me.

    Enclosed herewith find a copy of my policy and the fund value & surrender value given by your Karkardooma Branch.

    Please revert in the matter at the earliest.

    Dear Sir,
    Refer to my complaint referred above against the a.m. policy number.

    I am really surprised to see your reply which is completely misleading, wrong and in bad sprit.
    You had intentionally tried to escape from your liability by replying on the things I had requested and raised in the letter and replied on the other things.

    Please refer to my complaint subject matter :-
    Sub: -- Surrender Charges for Our Policy No. RFG1303078

    Please refer to my letter content & complaint which states that:-
    “ At the time of selling the policy you had stated that whatever may be the fund value at the time end of 5 years or later will be paid to me without any deduction / surrender charges if I surrender my policy after five years. The same fact is stated in the policy document also by providing the illustration which I understood at the time of receiving the policy also. Now when I want to surrender the policy and inquired about the surrender value you are avoiding to give me the surrender value as stated in the policy documents.”

    Please do note that I want to surrender the policy immediately and want you to please provide me the complete fund value as surrender value as per the policy document.

    Further I suggest you to please improve the quality of your staff also who can understand from the customers what’s their problem and complaint is instead of just giving vague reply to every complaint and trying to avoid the real problem.

    Aviva India's customer service helped me out when I faced a problem..
    They replied me promptly..
    I think they should reply you fast.

    Y dont you contact them at customerservices@avivaindia.com or contact the toll free number..
    If you have some agent involved contact him as well..

    I Mr, Chandrahas Kolamkar Policy No. 0170058987, Issued By Branch Office: P00. Product Name: Bajaj Allianz Assured Gain. Premium Amount: 2000/- By ECS. D.O.C : 19/05/2010. D.O.M 19/05/2030.

    I disconnect this policy in November' 2010 Because i not received any welcome kit and any kind of document and i ask policy for 5 years because my job till December 2014 only after that how can i pay Premium and they not inform me that they are giving me 20 years policy this policy i taken for me not my grandchild. i did written complaint 2 time and telephonic 10 times for my paid 6 premium amt (2000*6) 12000/- (Twelve Thousand Only) but not any response from them. i am working in railway as a carpenter for me 12000/- also big amt for me so please requesting you to kindly help me for getting my payment back

    Dear Sir,
    This is regarding my Gen. Insurance policy which I took it from Bajaj Allianz. My name is Sandeep Pawse and my vehicle policy no is OG-12-1001-1801-00001025. The matter is that I purchased second hand car and CNG kit was fitted after the purchase and got it approved by Pune RTO. Since my papers were due to receive by Post and vehicle was due to renew the insurance I contacted Bajaj Allianz. From their office some one Azar by inspecting the vehicle and taking the detail of vehicle and CNG kit gave me the premium amount which I duly paid by the cheque. This Azar gave me attractive package of Rs 5852 which includes IDV of 180000/-, CNG value was 25000/- and passenger coverage of 100000/-each and driver coverage for Rs 200000/-.Accordingly they received the cheque and when they they got the bank transfer they send the policy without covering my CNG kit. By then when I called them they asked for smart card which was delayed by RTO. I told Bajaj allianz and they asked me to wait till smart card. After the smart card only they can do the amendment so waited and send the smart card with duly communication within the locking period but they did not give any response. By then I visited their office but no one allowed me to enter in office and they told me over the phone that their employee Mr.Azar left the job and they can't do anything unless I am paying more money for the same.

    Since I got the feeling that I have been cheated by company for just to sell the policy told them to cancel the policy and return my money for which they didn't respond me within 20 days.

    Please find the solution because I can not believe on Bajaj Allianz and pay more money because such a big company gave me such a foolish excuse that their particular executive who sold the policy left the job and company is not bother except receiving money.

    Default Complaint regarding non payment of Insurance Claim

    I was covered under family floater policy from my ex-employer Barcode India Ltd. provided by the insurance brokers KAN Insurances. The policy number was 254000/48/2011/86 of TPA Dedicated Health Services (DHS) & Oriental Insurance Company. The policy cover was for my wife, my daughter & myself.

    I had submitted the bills for claiming the medical expenses worth of Rs. 29500.00 of my daughter, who was admitted to FORTIS ESCORTS HOSPITAL from 13/01/2011 TO 15/01/2011. My claim was rejected due to late submission of bills to insurance company, whereas I had submitted my original bills on 25/01/2011 to my HR department & who forwarded to insurance broker executive Mr. Rajinder. The bills was misplaced by the executive & couldn’t be submitted to TPA company/insurance company. I had again forwarded bills in duplicate as requested by the executive. Till then my claim is not approved despite several follow-ups with Mr. S. K. Sharma from Oriental Insurance. Even they had stopped responding to my follow-ups. I cannot take help of my ex-employer, because before leaving also HR department always asked to check with insurance company personally. I am in urgent need of money, but the insurance company seems like to not paying the claim to me.

    I request you to please look into it & help me to recover my amount.

    Respected Sir/Madam,

    I am an agent of LIC of India since last three years. My license is going to be renewed on 21st December 2011. I applied for the same, but at the renewal process the portal shows duplicate PAN. I inquired about the same with IRDA and found that agent named NEELU DUBEY with Bajaj Life Insurance Company Limited is holding my PAN No., which is my PAN No. It may be due to keying in of PAN No. mistake at the time of licensing.

    I request your kindness to update the PAN No. of Neelu Dubey so my PAN No. is released from Bajaj Life Insurance Company.

    MY PAN No. is AHUPM5726C

    Kindly look in the matter and inform me at an earliest.

    BAJAJ ALLIANZ COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY AND THEY DO NOT NEED ANY CUSTOMERS.I had taken a ULIP from an agent who later disappeared and the company didnt care to replace her with another to take care of the customers.Due to failed ECS I could not pay my premiums and the company didnt care to see or restart my ECS.After two years they directly send the termination letter alongwith the cheque not giving any details of the amt being paid.I have paid 27,000 in all.The unit value was 10 now and now it is 14,16 respectively.They have paid only 13,300 to me saying that 14,000 they have charged as the policy has lapsed.I think I deserve more.The managers are least innovative and refuse to help.The owner of BAJAJ should go and beg on the streets rather than steal peoples money.IT IS MY REQUEST TO ALL NOT TO TAKE ANY POLICY FROM THIS COMPANY>THAY CHEAT PEOPLE>AND DO NOT GIVE ANY DEATAILS ABOUT THE TRANSACTION.I am based in Pune amd met the Swagate branch officer.

    Complaint aganist BajajAllianzLifeInsurence:

    This is Janaki from Hyderabad. I have paid insurance policy number: 0197932390 in the month of December2010.
    The executive came to my office and explained me all the details about the policy and asked me to pay it for 3yrs.

    As I am busy with my marriage preparations, I couldn’t find out much time to check all the documents and paid policy of amt 35,000Rs assuming it was for 3 yrs.
    I clearly mentioned that I can’t pay more than 3 yrs.

    After that I went to my native place for my marriage and returned back after 1month.

    But in the policy document it is mentioned as 10 yrs term policy. As it is the renewal time now, I went to office and found the documents wrong.
    I checked the same with the executive and he is telling that some mistake was done by one of his assistants and now he can't do anything.
    And he is not responding to me properly.

    Please do the needful and let me know what can be done further about this policy.
