    Default regarding claim of medical reimbursement against mediclaim policy No.-0111537423,

    I had mediclaim Policy No-0111537423, dated 18.10.2008.i have submitted for the reimbursement of the charges for my treatment, where i have been admitted to the hospital on 18.09.2009 for surgery and got discharged on 19.10.2009.inspite of sending me any information since october-2009 to july-2010, the company had handed over my medical bill through the agent because as per the company, my claim is not valid for the reimbursement. as a result i could not claim from my office also as with out any information, the company had hold all of my bill and the documents for so much long period of time. i want to know what is the reason, i could not claim the medical charges and why the company could harrass a customerin such manner.

    I, RANA MUKHOPADHYAY was the holder ofmediclaim policy no. 0111537423, dated 18.10.08,of Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Conpany Ltd. I got admitted at hospital on 18.09.09 for surgery and discharged on19.09.09, after the surgery. when i asked i have been told by the company that they have no cash less facility to pay the hospital bill and they adviced me to pay the bill myself, and the company will reimburse the hospital bill. i submitted the hospital bill to the company in the month of oct 2009. the company holds all of my details of original hospital bills and documents for several months and did not intimate me anything. during the month of august 2010, the company returned my document through the agent Sh.Utpal Biswas and without any further processing of the bill or my claim application. they even did not inform me regarding the cancellation of the claim. the company deceive me and does not leave any option to claim my hospital bill from my office as i would have claimed it from my office as I am a govt. employee and elligible to claim under GIS. I want justice and the action against the company for harrassment and mental agony.

    Default complaint against bajaj alliance life insurence corporation's customer care

    I have invested Rs.25000 wide policy no.0083069441 in january 2008.But Icouldn't diposited the same amount in the next two years.
    Now from last 15-20 days I am being punished by the telephonic customer care service no.+912067271060 & other for
    payment of Rs 50000 to BALIC as early as possible.These phones do not see it is day or it is night. it is 2P.M. or 2A.M. someone is sleeping or is busy in natural works,the ring starts anytime.
    It seems that I have committed a blunder mistake by showing faith & investing in BALIC.
    Through this forum I want a solution so that people like me get rid of such problems ,also such companies which support this inconvience.

    Dear sir.
    I am a teacher of chattisgarh state education department ,I had taken
    a polocy from ICICI prudential Insurance on Jan 2010 . I have paid
    premium regularaly. my policy no. is 13312538 Plan is (Smart
    Kid-regular) Yrly Premium is 15000=00 (.)

    Sir my policy document when received, I found that some mistakes has
    been created by company personnals in my document i.e. My Noninee name
    and child name etc. I contact to the advisor of my policy he said to
    me afidavit and original policy documents is necessary for this .I
    have submitted all related document in july 2010 on ambikapur branch
    of icici prudential but after freqent contacts yet , policy decument
    is not received till now(.)

    Iam Working wit Aviva Life Insurance Company at Chandigarh. Due to some family problem now iam not working with Aviva for last 15 Months(approx) but Company had stopped my commission of old policies. Can u tell me it is legal ? Iam already complaint in IRDA they have told me Talk to lodge complaint in Aviva Office. Can u tell me what can I do ? When Iam reached Aviva Office (Chandigarh) they told you r not active advisor so company had stopped payment. I think it is not Legal. Its my opinion. Kindly tell me what can I do in this Situation . Amount of tht commission is round about 15000 & it is not a small amount. So kindly help me.

    Dear Sir,
    This is in reference to above subject that myself Parveen kumar Gupta bought a policy from Bajaj Allianz , NEW FAMILY GAIN ( POLICY NO. 0081659007 ) on dated 08-01-2008 through their agent . He told me that it is a single premium policy you just pay only Rs. 40,000 /- and get Rs. 55,000 /- to 60,000/- after three years with a risk-cover of 4 lacs.
    Now, completion of three year when i knock the door of Bajaj allianz for my payment then i am shocked because they told me that your policy already lapsed because your premium not received last two years. As i told you earlier that agent told me its a single premium policy on this condition, i invest my whole life saving in this policy . I am very poor man and have not enough money to pay further premium. You are requested please look in to the matter as soon as possible and return my money with interest.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My self Prakash Vaghela.I had taken policy from BhartiAxa Life Insurance from last 2 1/2 years.My Policy no. is 5003368155 bright future.I had regularly pay premium by ECS.I had paid 13 month premium (ECS) regularly.For 14th month i had deposit premium in my bank account.But my premium is not debited,than i informed in bhartiaxa's c g road branch branch to vikas vatwani Mo - 09725505285 for this matter.so vikas had advised me to pay 3 month premium cheque in favour of bhartiaxa with 1 cancelled cheque for ECS system,and after that my not in the position to pay that 3 month premium.so after 10 to 15 days again i had contact s g highway branch that is near from my office where i am working (prahladnagar) so here i had met with mr vishal kishnani Mo - 9601268941 and again mr vishal had told me to pay 3 month premium only.so after that i had arranged 3 months premium from some how and one executive had visited to my place and fill up the ECS form.and i had given him 3 months ecs cheque and one cancelled cheque.after that he had confirmed me that now onward your policy will reinstated in next 30 days and ECS will regularly debited from your bank account.than i was rest assure i am through now.after that 15 days

    i had received sms from bharti axa :

    dt 20/03/2010 your policy 500-3368155 has been reinstated as per your request.the next premium due is 28/04/2010 .for query pls call 18001024444.

    again 2nd sms : dt 22/03/2010 your policy 500-3368155 has been reinstated as per your request.the next premium due is 28/04/2010 .for query pls call 18001024444.

    dt 29/03/2010 ECS lodged for pol 500-3368155 monthly mode payment will be debited on 9th april 10 for rs 1505.please ensure sufficient balance on 09 apr-10.

    so after that not debited any premium from my bank account and after long month of 7-8 month BhartiAxa is asking a full months premium amount (7-8 X 1505) to reinstated the policy.

    I not able to pay full months premium amount so what can i now??????????

    IS THIS POLICY AND COMPANY IS FOR THE CUSTOMER BENIFITS??????

    STILL I AM LOOKING FOR A JUSTICE.

    CAN ANY BODY HELP ME?

    Unhappy Complaint against BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE

    My name is Amit Mittal. I bought an Childred Plan from Birla Sun Life insurance on 3rd September 2010. Amount was drawn from account. After that till that date still 15th Feb 2011 i didn't got any phone call or mail , SMS from Birla Sun Life. When i asked about this from Birla they asked my about Ploicy no. When i submit a letter in Noida branch they didn't accept my application. I surprised about this service from Birla. I am not using that account from last 4 months. When i saw my statement. ECS was contionus on my account. In Jan-Feb-2011 i send mail with bank statement. after 15 days they call me and told me that we have delivered your old address which was mentioned on my DL. and saying to submit other installment with late fees. ACCORDING TO ME BIRLA SUN LIFE INSURANCE IS TOO BAD COMPANY FOR ANY INSURANCE. WHICH COMPANY PROVIDING THESE KIND OF SERVICE HOW IT WILL PROVIDE SERVICE AFTER METURE OF MY POLICY.

    I have lost faith and trust in the company as despite my continuous chase, it has not bothered to satisfactorily solve the following complaint made for nearly four months now :

    I refer to the telephone conversation with your Executive Ms Seema

    Question Bajaj allianz policy issue

    Dear Sir,

    I am a holding a bajaj allianz policy No:0079818421.Which is registered on my customer portal with all details confirming as well with bajaj allianz department .I have all online card payment receipts as well the receipt sent to my my home address.Now conflict is that same policy is with another customer with policy bond.Whenever i enquired bajaj allianz about my policy documents they didnt send it.But all payment receipts they sent on my registered mail and home address.Now the other customer is a surrendered this policy and is looking for payment.I have made a complaint for this issue with bajaj allianz and because of which amount is on hold.The conflict reason for is because of same name of other customer too.I have all supporting mails which were sent to there customer support and bajaj allianz employees with whom i was co-ordinating for my documents.I have already sent all my online payment details to bajaj allianz.The insurance company is saying that other customer will file case against me to threaten me instead of finding out how this mistake happened by there team. I am looking forward to get all my payments made.will i get all my payment?

    bajaj allianz is a mother fucker company.it just sucks money from people.i curse these people and suggest all the other people to not to go for these asshole policies.i got a policy in which i was told to pay 15000 per six months and will get a return of atleast 90000 after 3 years but now those assholes are telling that they will just pay me 72000 bucks.

    Default Birla sun life Insurance

    dear sirs,
    I have taken Birla Sun life insurance starting from 28/3/2010. Thereafter BSL regularly deducted rs 2499/- by ECS from my bank PNB(a/c no. 120700 0100456280) till 8/11/2010. Then suddenly BSL did not deduct ECS from my bank December 2010 onwards. This resulted in cancellation of my policy. My bank a/c has adequate fund all along hence ecs bouncing is ruled out. I even enquired with bank that why it is so. My bank said no ecs request is sent to them. I have written a tleat 3 emails to BSL consumer redressal but no conclusive reply ever given to me. last 4 months BSL has sent two letters that we will come back to you soon bu no action taken. They have upsurped my 9 months contribution(9x2499=22500/-+savings bank interest). Now even i do not get any reply by email/post from them. I have mailed them that they shall refund the money since the insurance policy is not sustainable right now also i lost faith in them. how can These companies upsurp money from public.
    my policy no is 004052159. i am at my witts end. what to do? Kindly do something so that i can get back my hard earned money. regards

    I am Sarat.S/o late Udaya Nath Rout A/c Holder of United Bank BAJAJ ALLIANZ Group insurance Rourkela.My father daid on dated 06/09/2010.I have Already Deposited all document on JAN 2011 as per intrepid claims Bhubanswar requiremnent.But till date i have not received insurance claim amount.



    Sir, plz suggest me how to release claim amount as soon as possible.I am awaiting to ur replay.

    Thumbs up false promises made by paid emplyee(agent) of future genereli

    Dear sir, policy no.00816893 ref no.56947860/00816893/DL2
    I got a life insurance policy on23.04.2011, on phone call from future generali employee Mr Kunaal,
    He promised me that I will be given as incentive shopping vouchers worth rupees 7500/- in each quarter of the first year of my policy with the company.I got the conversation recorded,but later on I recd the policy letter but not the shopping vouchers.
    When I asked Mr Kunaal for the vouchers he replied that I will get it only after the free look period.I waited for 15 days and again I asked for the vouchers but this time he replied that since He has not got the incentives in his account by the company,i have to wait for a few days more.
    I contacted again on 13.05.2011, this time he transferred my call to one of his colleagues Mr Ravi, He promised me that instead of rs 7500/-, he will send me vouchers worth rs-15000/- within 5 days and the rest 15000/-,he will send within 25 days ,After waiting for 7 days I again contacted Mr Ravi and this time he said that he dispatched the vouchers on 19.06.2011(saturday),and they might be on the way, and I have to wait for one more day.
    AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE BIG BAZAAR SHOPPING VOUCHERS.
    Sir, please help me in this case, because these promises were made by the company's paid employees, Mr Kunaal an Mr Ravi.And please take a very strong action against them as I feel that i have been cheaten by some fraud personalities and I am hurt very much emotionally also, I have no trust on the company also, whether the company will refund my amount on maturity or not.
    THIS IS IN INTEREST OF GENERAL PUBLIC ALSO,PLEASE TAKE A STRONG ACTION SO THAT ANY PAID EMPLOYEE OF THE COMPANY WOULD THINK ABOUT TO MAKE ANY FALSE PROMISE JUST BECAUSE OF HIS INCENTIVES AND MAKE THE HARD EARNED MONEY OF THE PUBLIC IN DOUBT.
