I had mediclaim Policy No-0111537423, dated 18.10.2008.i have submitted for the reimbursement of the charges for my treatment, where i have been admitted to the hospital on 18.09.2009 for surgery and got discharged on 19.10.2009.inspite of sending me any information since october-2009 to july-2010, the company had handed over my medical bill through the agent because as per the company, my claim is not valid for the reimbursement. as a result i could not claim from my office also as with out any information, the company had hold all of my bill and the documents for so much long period of time. i want to know what is the reason, i could not claim the medical charges and why the company could harrass a customerin such manner.
