    Hello,

    This is with reference to my query regarding policy number 420428138.

    One of my main concerns still remains. It is regarding the double amount
    deducted from my account and which has still not been adjusted.

    As part of the many formalities for changing the premium payment method, one
    cheque was taken of the premium amount i.e. Rs 5069.06 from me and also the
    premium amount was deducted from my account in June. *So I made double
    payment in the month of June.* Due to this, I expected that the premium for
    July would not be deducted from the previous account but it did get deducted
    again on 8th July, 09. And now in August as well, the premium got deducted.

    *In order to balance out and adjust the double premium paid by myself in the
    month of June, premium should not get deducted from my account in the month
    of September and I should still get a receipt for the same.*

    *If this will not be done, I will have to escalate this matter to the
    Newspapers.*

    During the process of transfer of account from where policy amount gets
    deducted, I already faced a lot of troubles. I was forced to fill up the
    forms twice saying that the form filled earlier (which was also sent to me
    by one of your representatives) is not up to date and then another customer
    care agent sent me another form. After doing all the formalities, I was
    promised by the customer care agents that the double amount paid by myself
    in the month of june will be adjusted in the following months. Nothing of
    that sort has happened.

    I again request your representatives to get back to me on phone and let me
    know if they have done the needful for my concern or not, or else *I would
    be cancelling this policy with immidiate effect and would surely let the
    newspapers know the incident, so that other common people can be aware and
    do not take your services and do not get exploited.*
