Respected Sir./Madam
I wish to attract attention of the Highest Authority of the Life Insurance Corporation of India regarding my following observation.
  1. I am an investor in various LIC Policies in the Branch 421 and 415 under KMDO-I(Eastern Zone)
  2. Pressently my premium amount in various policy reaches around Rs. 15000/- in a year
  3. Since last 8 months information/data against various policies are not properly updated on LIC Portal against my ID
  4. I have been keeping in touch with various officials e.g. PA to CRM(EZ), Chief Manager of 421 and 415 Branch in Kolkata
  5. No suitable reply or no perfect solution of the problem is reflected or assumed
  6. Since, last 8 months I have been given information /understanding about the migratory work of Software development by some agency is going on, is it so, how long it will continue.
  7. This is also my utter surprise when I have noted from my agent that LIC officials are not in a position to pay any heed to any complaint /statement if it is floated through the concerned agent.

On this aspect I therefore, request you to kindly take steps to resolve the matter.
