Default ICICI Prudential a big Fraud - doing marketting for thier by policy giving wrong info

I was holding 1 policy with ICICI Prudential by May 2009, . That is Life Stage Pension
(Policy no 08905343) with annual premium of 40000. I had taken
LifeStage Pension policy around May 2008, in which I had paid the
premium of 40000 before 17th May 2009. Suddenly at the beginning of
May 2009 before the 3rd premium for my LifeStage Pension policy was
deducted, a person from ICICI Prudential (most probably from marketing
of kolkata) named Anaita Mukherjee called me and suggested me that
my ongoing policy Lifestage Pension policy is not in a good position &
the fund is going to be in loss in future, so it is better to transfer
all my previously invested premium of LifeStage Pension into another
policy i.e. LifeStage Assure (policy no 11922532). Also she said that
my 3rd premium for LifeStage Pension that was supposed to be paid
through ECS, will be paid to the LifeStage Assure. She also said that
she is going to block my LifeStage Pension policy & total 40000 that
was already paid to Lifestage pension will be considered to be the 1st
year premium for LifeStage Assure. If I do that then I will be
benefited more & can get a better return. Also she stated that she is
going to link my Lifestage Pension policy with Lifestage Assure &
going forward I have to pay 40000 annual premium only for Lifestage
Assure & for LifeStage Pension I have not to pay any single money. I
aske her many times whether it is at all possible or not & she started
convincing me that yes it is absolutely possible & this is an offer
from ICICI Prudential. Then I called up customer care & they told me
that no it is not possible. Then I told her that I am not going to do
it at all. Then she told me that she is the manager in ICICI
Prudential & she knows much better than customer care guys & she is
absolutely sure that it is possible. In the mean time on 17th May 2009
my 3rd premium for LifeStage Pension got deducted by ECS. I asked her
that what will happen to my 3rd premium that was payed to LifeStage
Pension. She told me it is not a problem because she is going to
adjust this amount with Life Stage Assure for next premium i.e.
    November 2009.

From various sources I came to know that fund transfer & linking from
one policy to other is not at all possible. Now I am looking for some suggestion so that I don't loose my money. It seems that I am going to loose my money because now I have to continue 2 policies with 80000 annually, which is not at all affordable for me. As per the rules of the policy papers I came to
know that if I stop paying premium in any of the policies (Life Stage
Pension or Life Stage Assure) then I won't get my invested money back
    at all.

I would like to lodge this complaint as a fraud case against ICICI Prudential for doing marketing by means of unethical & fraudulent way. This things should be stopped as soon as possible. Also I would request you to tell me how can I get this money back. I really can not withstand this kinds of fraud things happening with the normal people by a reputed financial institution of India. It apparently seems that India is not having any laws & private financial institutions are doing their business by cheating people in this way. It should be stopped by any means.

    Default Fraud I Brand

I am an adviser of ICICI Prudential Life insurance company since 3 years. Now I am facing a problem regarding Insurance commission. I am working with an adviser since 3 years; I had given above 10 policies to the company. Unfortunately I am not able to give policies since 6 months that's why company decide to terminate my adviser id, and they are refusing to give my pending commission at all. They are telling me that I have to give another Rs 35000 amount policies to the company then they will activate my adviser code. Now my question is...............
    1) How an insurance company terminate adviser code as the code was not provided by the company?
    2) Now I want to get my commission from the company without give any other policies because I don't want to continue with that company, what I have to do?

    ************************************************** **************************
Now ICICI bank is being charging me rs 827.00 for minimum balance not being kept. I was charge 6 times amount of rs 827.00. I have not get the statement since one and half year. As this is a adviser account and since beginning it was a salary account. In spite of salary account why I was charge 6 time wrongly. Now I want’s to lodge complain against ICICI Prudential as well as ICICI Bank. Please help me

If you want's to contact me please contact with my mail and contact no- 9333752440

Default ICICI is a fraud bank.

Simple question ? Why ICICI bank is not giving back the invested money of customers if they are unable to pay the premium? Any way no banking company is entitled to make use of the money of customer's return of sweat. Govt. has to identify such rules in the policy and should take action against these firms who make such rules to ruin customers.

    ICICI is a fraud bank.

Same thing happened with me in HDFC bank. They converted my account after 3 years from salary to savings without notifying me. Then deducted about Rs.850, 2 times. Then i maska lagau them and got that revert by e-mail and then 2nd day i went, withdrew all amount and then canceled the account. However, yours is too much if its been deducted since 8 times. You can do one thing buy a credit card of ICICI Bank and then use 30-50K of the same then tell them to setoff against charges charged to your savings account.

Default Right when you are working for the company the company will allow for zero balance.

Company has tie up with the banks for their advisor only. If you are terminated you are not eligible to get the benifit of that

    Sir,

Though I returned the policy documents sent by icici prudential they refused to
cancel it as they had collected payment against my credit card. I made several
requests to withdraw the policy but they refused to withdraw. It is only when I
wrote a letter to CMD Icici bank, they cancelled with a return letter and refunded
the amount (less 200 as medical charges) to my credit card account.

But the credit card department had already withdrawn 5814.50 on 16/3/2009 from my
saving a/c. when I approached the credit card department they refuse to refund the
amount they forcibly withdrawn from my saving a/c.

Sir how to get back my hard earned money.

    Pls guide me

    Thanking you

    Default Life stage Prudential confusion

I am ICICI Lifestage policy holder since 2008 and already paid up three premiums of Rs. 25000/- each. I have been receiving regular calls from ICICI customer care (as claimed), stating the

All ULIP linked policies will be closed by sept 2010 as per directives of Govt regulatory authority so request us to invest in some other more attractive fund option.

At times I received call stating some big bonus has come in my name against my policy from ICICI prudential. To claim the amount I need to cancel my existing policy and would have to go for a new policy.

I have repeatedly asked those callers to send me an official communication in writing for my action but never dint get any. I am very much confused whether these are scam calls or fact!!

If some one can guide me in this regard.
