    Dear Genesia D'lima

    As I have said to you on the below mail that I han't received the policy on time and
    this is I can proof it. I don't know who is Ms. Rajni. IInd time policy document I
    have received on 25th-jun-2009 through Advisor so that I have submitted the same for
    free look policy cancellation since 3rd-july-2009.

    I would request you to plz cancel my policy and refund my money.

    Dear Sir/Madam,



    I am Anil Kumar Patel, I have taken Insurance policy from Birla sunlife in the
    march-2009 Policy no. is 002724088.
    When I have received the policy then I have seen there are some discrepancy on the
    policy regarding nominee name &
    term year after that I had submitted that policy to free-look changes for nominee
    name spell & term from 20 year to 25
    year but company had not changed the term and return the policy document by
    25-jun-2009 and giving a reason that I
    don't have submitted the Illustration for 25 year.



    After above thing happened I have submitted my documents to free-look policy
    cancellation. As per my last discussion
    with customer care that they are saying that my documents will not consider to
    free-look cancellation while I has been
    receiving the policy document since 25-jun-2009 through my adviser and I have
    submitted the cancellation form
    3-July-2009 which is free-look period. If I have received policy delay then It is
    company responsibility that they
    will send the document to policy holder address & will take proper signature which
    can proof that policy holder have
    received the policy. If you have my signature then plz show me & proof it.



    So I would request you to kindly accept my request and consider my policy to
    free-look cancellation otherwise I will
    file complaint against you to IRDA & CONSUMER FORUM.



    Plz do the needful and confirm.

    Please note my policy no. 003329777 has been closed & i have recd the Refund cheque of the same on 30-12-09.But even after that ECS of RS.2000 has been deducted from my account on 07-1-10(which i have already asked them to stop.

    3) The said policy I have signed after the assurance from the advisor and sales manager that it is a single premium policy, I can't bother the multy premium policy.

    4) Hence, I appeal your good self to please re-consider my appeal and convert the said policy into single premium policy.

    I the undersign Mrs. Prachi Prashant Bhere having your Receipt No.18873660 for Rs.4500/-Please note the policy is rejected and the rejection amount is also send from your end by cheque no.079173 dated 11/02/2010 by Overnight Courier Recpt no.451710085 dated 24/02/2010, but still the courier of cheque is not received.

    Angry Continuously getting '0' premium paid certificate when payments are regular.

    Dear Sir,
    Policy No.002727370 Issue date 28 March 2009.
    I am regularly paying through ECS. I regularly get premium paid certificates from Birla Sunlife Insurance, which my total premium paid amount as ZERO. I have taken up this issue with agent, Pune office, Mumbai office, Customer Service and so on. I have sent numerous mail and constant phones, angry follow ups etc. but nothing seems to be working out. I am worried that in case of claim, it will not get settled, or there will be lot of problems at the time of claim. It is my right to get the correct premium paid certificate, as every hard earned rupee has lot of value, and high value as far as insurance premiums are concerned. Nobody seems to be seriously taking up this issue for correction at the root level. I think their computer programs and systems are not proper which calls for immediate inspection by concerned regulatory authority. Frustated due to this problem, I wish to take out my money and put in some reliable organisation like LIC. Will I get either written assurance that their systems will not generate false statements? If not, will they pay my entire amount back with interest?

    i ve already submitted wriitten complaint in bila sun life branch office . i didnot received my policy documents of freedom-58 no-002930284.no action has been taken till today .
