My mother expired on 1st april 2009.she was in batra hospital for 20 days in
coma after her brain surgeory(for brain hamerrohage) at the same hospital on
9 mar. 09.it was an accident which led to all this trauma and i had her
accidentally insured from tata aig insurance.but now tata aig insurance is
refusing to give my claim stating that the death was due to previous medical
history of patient rather than an accident.so i want to file against tata
aig to get my insurance claim.please tell me how to proceed and what ae the
documents required to register my case and what are the formalities i need
to do asap.
