    Default Complaint against LIC, policy no. 114911206

    I am a policy holder of LIC, having policy number 114911206, want to bring to your notice that I have paid a premium of Rs 3681.00 in Axis Bank Branch NOIDA vide cheque no. 714354 dated 12.08.2010, which was cleared by the same bank and credited to LIC account 0220102000023922.The premium is still not being adjusted and is not reflecting in LIC records. Again the same amount has been deducted from money back draft. The draft has been issued an amount of Rs. 16150 (20000-3681-interest) instead of Rs20000.00. The premium is still not adjusted and is not reflecting in LIC records after paying the premium two times. So its my humble request to give attention and take necessary action against the case.

    16/9 8 M G marge kanpur up


    i have taken above policy which maturity is on 28-2 2010 and vesting date is 28-2-2011 the branch office mughal sarai chandauli has send
    all doukument to you by on line to zonal office pension cell kanpur for realesed cheque or payment on dated 14-3-2011 but passing about
    8 month not any action taken to your end. In the month of 9/11 I have also remind you the same by registerd post .and branch office mughal-
    sarai also send two to three Email for the same action but no any reply given by you
    please take immideate action. otherwise I WILL be free to take any action.
