She is widow
She deposit the documents in Jan 2011 to get full amount of the policy refusing to get Pension
She booked this policy 12/02/2005 and deposited Rs 10633 regularly for six years to get hand some money after retirement
After so many months still have to heard from LIC
There is no reply from LIC even after so many visits
