I regret to inform you that that I purchased a LIC policy no- 286407203 on 01/12/2008, according to that policy I had to pay Rs 24000/annum (Rs 6000/quarter), and I paid Rs 6125 as my first premium and purchased the policy (SL NO-219550). Further, my policy had been manipulated either by agent or by official staff without informing me since when i went to deposit my second premium i came to know that I have to deposit only Rs 1531.
When I contacted Agent he told me to contact the LIC office and LIC Office asked me to contact Agent. Now the agent has migrated to Mumbai and he is not entertaining my phone and LIC office is procrastinating to resolve my problem. I have submitted my complaint online and written complaint has also been submitted to the office (Kerakat , Jaunpur), but my all efforts ended up at failure. Since I am also a pharmaceutical professional in Varanasi, I cannot visit LIC Office everyday due to my official work.
Due to this policy I faced following problems-
1-Several times visited LIC office and didn’t get any result and spoiled my time.
2-Agent refused to help me which caused me umpteen troubles and disappointment (this proofed their lack of commitment).
3-Due to this policy I could not avail any Income Tax Return benefit.
4-LIC blocked my money by three years, without my consent.
Finally sir, I will be thankful to you if you could please help me in this matter and ask LIC to return my entire money with interest and compensate for the trouble they caused me.
