As i have made a policy in the year 2005 of the plan of three years
then i have make continue my plan as going but in the year 2007 i
gave the ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE my policy with the cheque of
rs 18000/- to surrender my policy and make the payment.After that i
wait for about two month then i call them then they told that your
policy and cheque has been lost or kept anywhere in the office after
that i proceed that ok now what to do to issue that copy then they
told that you have to pay 200 rs for new policy and one 100/- rs
stamp i agree for that also then on the date 13/07/2009 they call me
and said that you have to pay 36,000/- after that only the policy
will be surrender know what to do please mail me as my details given

Hi Sir / Madam
My name is Rajmohan.D and I am a resident of bangalore, Karnataka. I was a
customer of ICICI Prudential life insurance for a pension plan policy with
policy number 01467434. I surrendered the policy due to personal reasons on
the 9th of Oct and I was informed by the authorities that the money would be
credited in 8 working days. However till date I have not received my money.
Calls to the customer care only have resulted in answers like
We have filed a complaint, I have taken your feedback etc.
Could you please help

I would like to complaint against ICICI Prudential Life Insurance :-
I have taken a Life time super policy no. 03338970 dated 31-8-2008 and paid
Rs. 50,000/- , and I could not able to pay the pemium, when I have contacted
their customer care, then they told me that you approach for refund after
three years and you will get full of your amount. When I went their after
completing three years to claim for money, they refused to pay and told me
that , your policy is foreclosed.
Please help me to get my hard earned money.

sir i had applied for 2 policy of life & health in feb.2009, by filing 2 application with same documents, same medical tests reports, with advance premium paid of 12500/- for each policy. out of them i get my life policy in 26/3/2009. while for second , co. is denied for there establishment faults for non allowed lots of time consumed for concluding my application ,resulting, my age falls from 55-to 56.& for that reason they not issue my policy, for which, i am not responsible. i ha made correspondence to resolve this, but co, is not ready to resolve, my resonable complain ,up to last 2 month. i have waited to much, i dont get my right from them .hence, i approach to ur orgenisation to get my right.
i will submit copy of my correspondence with this co. after receiving responce from ur end to ur e.mail address.
i hope that u will help me to get my policy.

I had taken ICICI prudential Life insurance in 2007 and paid 3 premiums of Rs.30000/-. I quit my job in 2008 and joined for MBA and hence couldnot pay the premium there after. But i had talked to the manager and he said i can pay after two years to continue. But suddenly last week i have recived the cheque and the letter stating the the policy has been foreclosed. How is it possible to foreclose the policy without my consent. I have started working from last month and ready to pay the late charges and the pending premiums. So ICICI should respond to this by reviving the policy or I will be forced to take up legal actions.
Hi,
My ICICI Pru Policy # 06509573 was foreclosed without my consent. I had paid Rs. 50000/= Premium in the first year. What I recieved from the bank was mere Rs. 11000/= cheque. This is not acceptable.
