hello friends !

I have a kotak life insurance policy which i have taken on Oct 8th 2008. but i received this policy on 26th Dec 2008 and give this policy on the very same day.By the Company policy it is stated that customer can cancel his policy within 15 days of receiving. but now company is not canceling my policy.

i need help how can i file a case against Kotak
