I have mailed to bajaj allianz.... regarding my complaint....
I am Sagar A Sonawane, working in Systime Global Solutions, Vashi Navi Mumbai. At the time of salary account opening with citibank, I did filled a form for Bajaj Allianz Policy, both form were filled up at same time. I got my citibank cards n all stuff at my mentioned mumbai address. But My policy document still not received.
I got call from Bajaj Allianz pune office that Your document is returned because address is B7- JN2-46, Sector-9 Vashi Navi Mumbai, Raigad. What the hell is this how can it be Raigad because address mentioned by me was B7- JN2-46, Sector-9 Vashi Navi Mumbai, in the form. It is the mistake by Bajaj Allianz people. Due to which I am suffering.
I called executive from whom i drawn the policy. Regarding that, I want to cancel this policy. I gave him letter as in the format proposed by him to cancel policy. It is more than 20 days have been submitted letter to that executive. I have been told that from agent that my single rupee will not be deducted.
