I CH. CHANDRASHEKHAR nominee of CH. RADHIKA (late) submitted all the necessary documents of policy no. 695600149, 695600176 to the branch office, 69E, Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam , in the first week of July 2010. Thereafter from December 2010 onwards continuously I have followed divisional managers, like claim’s manager and Sr. divisional manager and Branch chief manager so many times. They said to me it is going to be solved with in few days, and there is no requirement from my side. But till date I did not get any response. Hence it is my humble request to you, sir please look of my matter and settle these as early as possible.
