i had taken an insurance policy from LIC,via mrs. asha shetty(agent)
and its been almost 10 years now
m troubled with the agent.
shes been very rude over the phone and has not been co-operative in providing details about my policy..
i havent received any letters from the company since over 6 months...and ive got no clue whats happening..as she refuses to take the calls.she's been telling me to wait ever since and has done nothing about it...and is been abusive too.its a shame for companies like LIC to have agents like these...
